Olive & Barr was born out of a need for quality British craftsmanship, attention to detail and an intuition for kitchen design. Founder Al Bruce began his illustrious career 25 years ago studying to be a cabinet maker at college. From humble beginnings, his natural skill in the craft of cabinetry and keen business acumen saw him quickly rise up through the ranks of the handmade kitchen industry, gaining invaluable experience and a wealth of knowledge along the way. With a natural flair for design and a deep passion for the industry, Al finally opened his own Shaker kitchen company in 2018. Olive & Barr aim to break the mould and exceed customer’s expectations every step of the way. We are confident that Olive & Barr is the only Shaker kitchen company in the UK today that can provide impeccably high quality British craftsmanship at such good value. We keep our prices low with clever business acumen and by streamlining our overheads; we never scrimp on quality or craftsmanship.
