Horrible experience All my kitchen appliances are damaged they caused thousands of pounds of damage this has caused me so much stress I can’t begin to explain . Thanks to Kevin Singh the kitchen fitter for scratching up everything in my house … firstly I was overpriced for 9 kitchen units and sink I paid £5500 the whole experience was a nightmare I don’t know where to begin . From the moment the kitchen fitters arrived it was horrible they had so much attitude . Even to the point bringing beers and drinking on the job . The kitchen units itself are not good quality and I made the biggest mistake ever going to this company .

Can I just say we have just had out kitchen fitted by these guys and they have been amazing. The time and effort spent with us through the design team was just second to none, they were patient with us and made us feel so welcomed and reassured us as we were spending alot of money . We had shopped around Birmingham and Wolverhampton and the usual Howdens, Wrens etc but no body spent so much quality time with us like these guys. The kitchen was installed in Sept 23 and it looks amazing, the designers, were so technical and the two fitters were polite ,professional and cleared all their mess after. However the most touching and amazing thing for me , was the after care. We had a minor water leak (not related to the kitchen) the fitters came within the hour and took out the cabinet and helped me sort the leak ( something that isn't in their Job description). The very fact they dropped everything to rush over to the other side of the Midlands to help me within the hour was very touching. The showroom has a good range and the cupboard materials used I found are thicker than Wrens/Howdens ,the build quality is very very good. Thank you (Bunty - The Boss) and all his team, your customer focus support and help is something rare we see in trades people these days. I have already recommended them to 3 of my neighbours. My review for Reehal kitchens is a very bad experience, would never recommend them to anyone as they say one thing and do something else. It took them over 1 year to fit our kitchen. We were promised that the kitchen would be fitted in 2 weeks and if we could remove our existing kitchen. We were left without for 5 whole months we had to live on takeaways and had to manage othe ways. The fitters were always arguing amongst themselves which was not professional at all. Each time they came, it was different fitters so that didn't help with the standard of work. Originally we also asked for a wall TV cabinet to be built across the dining room wall because the way they worked and standard of workmanship, we did not get that done. Once the kitchen was finished 3 weeks after the dishwasher door started swelling and Bunty's answer was to keep the dishwasher door dry on the inner side. Got the independent engineer services out we were told the dishwasher was not fitted properly as the dishwasher door was not closing properly and the steam was leaking out. To take the final payment they were supposed to fix the corner swing out rack shelving change 1 dishwasher door, 2 wall cabinet 1 base cabinet door place cutlery and few other things e.g. trays in drawers but they changed 1 dishwasher door 1 wall cabinet door and left all other bits took the final payment and went. They expect you to check while they are standing there and it doesn't work like that, I personally can't see faults straight away but have to work in the kitchen to find faults.

We are delighted very happy and satisfied with our kitchen . Reehal team very good sales team and good designers . Also very happy with fitters . We will recommend Reehal Kitchens to our friends and relatives . We were delighted with happy and helpful service from all Reehal team and fitters . Will be buying Out next kitchen from Reehal for other house . Thank you
