Mike and the team are excellent. We've used them for several projects (replaced bathroom and complete bedroom refit) and they've never not delivered on a superb finish. Cannot recommend him and the team highly enough.

Reform have totally spoilt me in terms of builders - and I don't think I can ever use any other firm. Mike and his team are professional, calm, experts at what they do and everyone they brought in, every sub-contractor, was a dream to work with. I have never had such a stress-free build. Mike managed everything - he coordinated all the work and all I had to do was order what I wanted and be there for deliveries when needed. The quality of work and the finish is so good even my dad was impressed (and that's saying something). The rendering is faultless, the carpentry on the steps is perfect and was all done by Mike by hand and the actual build is solid and looks really impressive with a zinc roof and three large skylights. Reform also turned my old kitchen into a utility room and shower room. I absolutely love the space and everyone who comes over loves it too. I call Reform the 'hipster' builders because they are the antithesis of what you would expect from a typical building firm - they are a relatively young in age firm who have very modern and contemporary ideas and expert skills that allow you to work together to shape something that fits your lifestyle. And they are so calm! Mike dealt with my neighbours and a little boundary dispute calmly and logically. So I have nothing but good things to say and you can see from my not very professional photography how gorgeous my extension is. I highly recommend Reform and Mike.

Mike at Reform Design and Build Ltd designed and installed my new kitchen and shower room as well as worked on the project management of my house extension and refurbishment. Mike was a pleasure to work with throughout. He was very patient and respectful to all our questions and requirements. He had a calming influence on others and was able to get the best out of the rest of the team who worked on the build. I am over the moon with my new kitchen. It is exactly what I was looking for and when it was built, there were no surprises as Mike had kept me informed throughout and had made sure that he had designed and sourced the kitchen with both my needs and budget in mind. The shower room is also just as we had hoped. He managed all snags with efficiency and creativity to ensure that we were happy with the final product. Thank you for all your hard work, Mike. I look forward to you coming back to our house shortly to put in some new internal doors and wardrobes. I would highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone who is looking.

I can't recommend Mike and his team highly enough. From the reply to my initial enquiry about a new kitchen build to the provision of estimates, quotes, contracts and all aspects of project management they were incredibly prompt. They started when they said they would and finished right on time. Mike provides information in a very timely fashion, I was never left feeling I didn't know what was happening. He was supportive, calm and encouraging in undertaking a build I had initially felt quite nervous about undertaking and gave me helpful advice and design ideas throughout the process. Mike's problem solving skills are excellent. when problems arose he always come up with a solution, many of which resulted in better outcomes than the original plan. The attention to detail is excellent with a superb finish. The team are friendly, a delight to have in the house, always respectful and very tidy. I am thrilled with the final result. Reform, Design and Build delivered exactly what I asked for and more. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We employed Reform to do to a single storey back extension and other works such as tiling the hallway, painting parts of the house, new rads, new fence, etc. Dealing with Mike and Dave from Reform and their workmen was a pure joy. Their responsiveness and customer service are exceptional. As someone that hadn't been through a big build project before, I had many questions and both Mike and Dave were always very patient, courteous, professional and very helpful. Any anxiety we had about the build soon went away as every stage of the build was carried out very efficiently by every trade. Each one of them inspired confidence from the labourers to the foundation workers, electrician, plumber, etc. A special mention to one of the labourers in particular which I hope you have the pleasure working on your project is Sorin. His skills are exceptional. From tiling to plastering, rendering, you mention it. Every trade as they worked on our property kept the site clean at all times and carried out their work to very high specs. The project turnaround was rather fast (3 months a bit) and overall I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending their services. Having had absolutely awful experiences with builders over the years it was a HUGE relief to finally find Mike and Reform. They were absolutely fantastic when they converted our garage into a utility room and re-did our basement toilet. Came up with great ideas, provided a detailed costs breakdown, we're completely reliable and their finish was immaculate. They were a pleasure to have around - so much so they're back with us this summer to do our en-suite bathroom.

After employing and paying in full and extras to a so-called well-known kitchen designer/installer i was left in tears of frustration and despair at their incompetence and lack of helpfulness ("can't do this, cant't do that"). During a seredipitous phone call to my daughter pouring out my troubles and woes she suggested that i contact the company Reform and Design as her friend had been delighted with them. I did as she suggested and duly made an appointment for them to see my 'disaster zone'. Two very nice gentlemen came to view the kitchen calamity area and spent some time going over all possibilities with me and seemingly or intuitively got what i wanted, not "can't do this or that". However this is not about my travails but a review. The Reform and Design team were extremely helpful, innovative and professional. Their work was meticulous and always clean. They turned my old drab kitchen into a glamorous and superb kitchen to work in. I was so delighted and pleased with the result i asked them to renovate my extrance hall. They totally transformed it, light, bright and glass with beautiful marble tiles. Absolutely amazing, a show-stopper and then the bathroom; i didn't want them to go, as usual they exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company to everyone and i do!

From design to finish they exceeded above and beyond my expections I know that I am not prone to give praise but they and their team deserve it. their design and innovatory ideas elevated the whole concept to a totally new level . All their team were polite meticulous and passionate to make an excellent job. Well done. Needless to say I am delighted with the results and have made a few people envious. Thanks.
