We can highly rate Ridgeway Interiors and particularly our designer Jim who worked with us over many appointments to ensure that the design was right for us. Our black Hacker kitchen was the main feature of our house extension with large black aluminium windows overlooking the valley and Jim ensured that all the fine details fitted in the architects spec. He worked with our builders on timing of installation and made sure that everything was finished to an incredibly high standard. Pricing was very transparent and we did not feel sold too, and were kept informed of the cost of our design at all stages. The installation was managed very well and any small issues were addressed without us having to raise them. Absolutely delighted with the end result, we have a stunning kitchen that we are so pleased with.

Ridgeway Kitchens did an excellent job in supplying and fitting a new hot water tap in our offices recently. They gave me the options available and once I had made my choice, they promptly installed the tap with little disruption. Overall, the service, choice, product, and price were all 5 stars for sure. Buying a kitchen is a big deal so we took our time to make sure we selected the right company, and from the minute we walked through the door at the showroom we new that Ridgeway was the right choice for us. Having a company that could design and install a fabulous quality kitchen was one thing, but we also needed quite a lot of building work (electrics, plumbing, flooring etc) so having the added benefit that the team at Ridgeway would be able to take care of that for us was an added bonus; not having to worry about sourcing products, scheduling the trades to be on site at the right time was certainly a big bonus for us. Our designer Sarah was great at presenting us with new design ideas for our kitchen, she talked us through all the options and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the whole process Sarah has been simply great! Brendon was on hand to project manage the building work with absolute precision, and the whole team worked together like a well oiled machine. Extra special mention to Dan who is quite simply 'the man that can'! His attention to detail and level of skill is the best we've seen; not to mention Gibbs, Alex, Martin and Tudor who all bought a great deal of skill and professionalism to the project. The upshot of which is that we now have the kitchen of our dreams - thank you Ridgeway. I would urge anyone looking for a quality kitchen, great customer service, and excellent aftercare, to go along and see the team at Ridgeway; you won't be disappointed.

From start to finish it has been a great experience. We are delighted with our new kitchen in every way! Ridgeway works as a real team and they are a pleasure to have in your home. I’m going to miss them! . Everyone is so friendly, respectful and professional. Attention to detail is incredible …and believe me I’m fussy. From the first design meeting with Giorgio then with Darren, Brendon, Chris, Lionel and Martin and all the others it was a real team effort. We had wanted to replace our very outdated kitchen for some time but didn't really know where to start. We visited Ridgeway's showroom near Thame and were met by Jim Harratt who explained how they operate. It really appealed to us that they offered a 'one stop shop' and would remove any stress from us by taking care of the whole project. Jim visited us at home and then got to work on our kitchen design. We were extremely impressed with how he listened to what we wanted, was patient with our many alterations to the design and worked with us to bring the project within our budget. Jim was both knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. Once we had agreed a start date, we were provided with a detailed schedule of the works which was extremely helpful and Ridgeway kept to the timeline. All of the installation team were brilliant and very accommodating. A special mention to Brendan, the project manager who visited regularly throughout the installation and dealt with our queries promptly and in a very professional manner. He was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Ridgeway to anyone considering a kitchen project. We were delighted with our new kitchen and the whole project was fairly stress-free. We knew it was time for a new kitchen as our ours hadn’t been updated for over 30 years. The furniture and décor were so old that it was starting to come back into fashion again… Nevertheless, we were more than a little daunted by the challenge of a completely new design and installation. We saw Ridgeway’s advertisement in a local free brochure. It wasn’t the only Company that we researched but, when we visited the showroom in Thame, we felt at home immediately. Gary looked after us from the start and patiently explained all the options available. He proved to be knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient; qualities in short supply elsewhere. He provided excellent CAD (at no obligation) that showed exactly what we could expect from the project and went through pricing without any false promises (what we saw was what we got). We learned quickly that you get what you pay for – go for the highest quality that your budget can afford! Gary also proposed numerous new ideas that we hadn’t fully considered (such as lighting, functionality, colour coordination and workspace requirements), whilst being mindful of our budget. He visited our home on numerous occasions so that he could understand the scale of the challenge ahead of us. Gary’s attention to detail was exceptional. The project design took over 15 months to complete and installation (from dismantling to being able to use the new equipment) took over 3 months. It included major renovations to walls, doors and flooring. Nevertheless, it was worth the wait. Whilst there were many glitches along the way, Gary and the team were always available to address challenges. We used a project team (Carl) that was recommended by Ridgeway and which worked in tandem. There were a succession of painters, plumbers, carpenters and electricians employed on the project but all were closely coordinated and overseen by the Ridgeway team. We are delighted with the result. We would definitely recommend Ridgeway and Gary in particular. He has a passion for his work that shone through and ensured that the finished result reflected just what we needed. The added bonus is that Ridgeway has now opened a new Showroom in Gerrards Cross. We highly recommend an informal (or formal!) visit!

We had an island put in our kitchen. The project was completed on time. Everyone we came across was very professional.

I didn’t wish to replace my kitchen but I had to because of essential building works which meant that my kitchen cupboards would have to be taken out. I stumbled upon Ridgeway Kitchens during an internet search after visiting some high street suppliers. I was struck by the kitchens displayed and contacted them. They were pleasant from my first contact when I spoke to Gary. Giorgio was my kitchen designer who really listened to my thoughts and suggestions for a new kitchen. He was knowledgeable and very patient, and most of all, spent time with me to work out what I was trying to achieve for my new kitchen, in terms of functionality and aesthetics, while staying within my budget. Giorgio was always pleasant and professional. He was also honest about anything that would incur additional costs and showed me different options to help me with my decision. He always returned my calls or emails which was very important to me. During the entire process, he kept in touch regularly and updated me accordingly with additional costs or delay with the delivery. I also liked the fact that he had a colleague come out to give his expertise on the installation before the kitchen was ordered. His attention to detail is excellent. Giorgio ensured that any parts that were outstanding in the initial delivery were secured and personally delivered the parts himself when they arrived, nothing was too much trouble for him. The finished kitchen is beautiful and looks of a high standard - I look forward to using it. It was a pleasure to work with Giorgio. Thank you, Giorgio - you are fabulous.

We can’t recommend Ridgeway Interiors enough. From beginning to end, we experienced excellent support and a wealth of experience to advise us. The kitchen fitters were lovely to have in our home and installed to a high standard, taking time and care to perfect it. We’re delighted with our new kitchen.

If you think that a bespoke kitchen fitted by an independent company may stretch you too far budget-wise, contact Ridgeway. Talk to them and get a quote and you may be surprised – we were! Once we also factored in the quality of the product and the fact that they would project manage the whole installation, it was an easy decision to make. Ridgeway offer a no-obligation design consultation. During the time we took deciding on our final choices (some several months) there was no pressure to move forward from Sarah (the Design Consultant we dealt with). She allowed us to take our time to think about the decisions we were making. I cannot speak more highly of Dan (the Fitter). The standard of his work and attention to detail was exceptional (and something that the other Trades commented on when they came to do their bits). The way he overcame various issues was certainly not achieved by taking the easiest or quickest option. He was helpful with suggestions and his good humour made him a pleasure to have in the house for 6 weeks. He communicated so well that each day we knew exactly what was done and what was happening next. Dan made us feel that he cared about our kitchen as much as we did. Brendon (the Installation Manager) visited the site regularly to check progress and make sure everything was as we wanted it. He also responded quickly and clearly to our questions and nothing was too much trouble. Sarah also visited several times during the installation and the whole team from Ridgway were personable and so lovely to work with. Our project involved knocking down a wall between the kitchen and dining room and replacing everything (including the ceiling). They laid the flooring and organised for the decoration. It was quoted as a 6-week project and they delivered exactly on time. It was left clean and tidy – all we had to do was move our things back in. We are so delighted with the finished result – it is faultless and the whole experience was amazing.

I highly recommend Ridgeway for complete kitchen installation - from concepts through to design, site visits, to then final installation and snagging, we found them excellent. Clearly a very professional outfit. We used Ridgeway (recommended by my parents who used them) to complete a new kitchen installation for us in West London (W7). After seeing several in the London area, including some very expensive high street shops, we decided to use Ridgeway. the ranges they hold are great, and in particular the design process was superb. Rather than compromise, our designer challenged us to have our builders move a door (to allow for a more symmetrical design, and to avoid dead corner space) and extend a bulk head which made a truly bespoke look to the kitchen, and gave lots of lighting options too. From West London, the showroom was easily accessible. Being slightly out of London, they had a far larger show area than we were used to seeing, and they were also price competitive. Use these guys with confidence!

I cannot recommend Ridgeway Interiors highly enough! From my initial meeting with Jim Harratt, through to surveys and installation, they were outstanding. It was a significant project as the room the kitchen was going into was being built so aligning with my builders and all the appropriate trades was a breeze with Ridgeway. A massive shout out to Jim, who was knowledgeable, helpful and designed a kitchen I absolutely love - he went above and beyond throughout the project. Having a new kitchen is a huge invested and something you want to get absolutely right. I can honestly say that we are delighted with our Ridgeway kitchen, having been messed around by another company. We were so pleased to meet Jim Harratt he was amazing, he really took on board what we wanted and how the kitchen needed to work for our family and home environment. He came up with a design we loved and he managed to work this within our budget. Nothing was too much for Jim, changes were made, I regularly contacted him and he always got back to me promptly with excellent customer service. There was never any pressure proceed. Jim followed the kitchen project all the way through the process. He was very knowledgeable, which high expectations for our kitchen and was able to offer sound advice which had resulted in a fantastic kitchen. We also used Ridgeway to install our kitchen, Jack fitted the kitchen all by himself. He worked incredibly hard and did a fantastic job, his attention to detail really impressed me.
