The bespoke furniture is made to order by expert craftsmen at the Roundhouse state-of-the-art factory in Malvern, Worcestershire. Allison at Roundhouse welcomed me into the showroom and following a design consultation, drew up some premium designs for our 4 kitchens. She absolutely nailed the brief, showing care and consideration for the space to play with and her cmf choices were spot on. Thereafter, through out the manufacture and installation process, the whole team worked effortlessly to deliver a stellar service. Sam, coordinated the installers and joiners with a great level of professionalism and was personable. These kitchens made our development stand out and rung quality throughout. Would highly recommend Roundhouse to any premium developer.

As part of a major renovation, Paul at Roundhouse designed our kitchen for us. Of all the suppliers we worked with, we by far had the best experience with Paul and Roundhouse. He immediately understood what we were looking for, provided both creative and practical ideas, was flexible when we had unusual requests, and also tried to be sensitive to our budget. Most importantly, when issues arose, Roundhouse managed and solved them gracefully and efficiently. While the kitchen of course was not cheap, Roundhouse was the only suppliers where we felt the company did not try to nickel and dime us on details. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous, practical, much loved by use and admired by our visitors.

We could not be happier with our Roundhouse kitchen! We worked with the team at the Wigmore street showroom and our kitchen was completed quickly and efficiently and to a very high standard. Sam and the team were very helpful in answering all of our questions, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. A particular shout-out to our Roundhouse installer Raffa, who went above and beyond to achieve a high quality finish and checking that we were happy with all the little details.

The East Twickenham branch was closed for refurbishment during most of the project but they provided us with good virtual and onsite support. The kitchen units arrived on time. The installation was slow but meticulous. The aftercare service especially demonstrating the appliances was good. We are very pleased with the finished product and would recommend Roundhouse. Just be clear on the timeline from the outset.

We are very happy with our kitchen which is from the 'studio' range. We were one of the first customers from the Cheltenham showroom. I would highly recommend this company. The fitters were excellent and the fitting process was quicker and less messy than we had anticipated. We are pleased with the design, the end product for us, between a bespoke kitchen with wooden cupboards and one of the companies that offer the European modular options we feel suits our more contemporary home. They do have some minor communication issues to resolve between the showroom and the manufacturing/fitters which I am sure they will resolve.

Really terrible fitting process. Agressive behaviour with regards to payment. I was given just 7 days to pay final payment otherwise they were going to not deliver. This would have had huge repercussions to my entire build project. It takes me longer than 7 days to release funds and yet they had no apettite whatsoever to discuss this with me. Rather than discussing / picking up the phone to me i get threatening emails from their fitting manager. Told its in the T's and C's (but i never saw these! and no one gave me a verbal heads up). My request to hold back some small percentage until work was satisfactorally completed (given negative comments on Trustpilot) was also refused. This company is the only supplier in my entire project that would not do that.....yet should this not be standard?
such an unpleasant epxperience - and i am keen that ohers are also mindful of this
Emails received:
"As the delivery is scheduled for Wednesday morning our factory need to start loading the lorry tomorrow from approximately 12 midday to have enough time. This means we have a hard-internal deadline of mid-day tomorrow. I can only instruct the factory to load the lorry if the final balance has been cleared. "
"My apologies it is my job to chase final payment in hindsight I could’ve done this earlier. Your designer would have run through this with you so our hope is it shouldn’t come as a surprise."

We take customer feedback extremely seriously and always endeavour to provide excellent customer service. This is reflected in 58 independent five-star reviews on houzz.co.uk and four Best of Houzz Customer Service Awards including this year and last.
Whilst we take on board all your comments having looked back through all our communications to you from your designer and our installation team there were several emails detailing payment terms including the invoice sent as an attachment. The invoice clearly states at the bottom “Balance due 7 days prior to delivery.” Two emails were sent 30th October and 30th November, the first email highlighted the importance of the “for manufacture pack.” From our designer "The For Manufacture Pack will have several important documents. A full set of plans and post survey plumbing and electrical plans, full furniture, worktop and appliance list. The final invoice and a set of Terms and conditions. The Invoice will show the next, interim payment and it is the paying of this and signing of the T&Cs that will trigger the manufacture." The second on 30th November “for manufacture pack” included our Terms and Conditions and final invoice which need signing before we commence the manufacture of your kitchen. This correspondence gave 3 months notice re our payment terms. We always ask our clients to read all documents and correspondence carefully.
We are proud of our friendly team most of whom have worked for Roundhouse for many years (none are threatening or aggressive) and our installation co-ordinator sent you this polite and clear email with regards to loading the lorry at the factory. This is the second kitchen I have had designed by Roundhouse (by Jane at Richmond showroom). I am as delighted with this one as I was with my first one 5 years ago. From the design process, through the kitchen manufacture, installation and after care - the service has been excellent. Their designs combine great style and practical use and the customer service provided by everyone in the Roundhouse team has been exemplary.

Fantastic experience with designing and installing our dream kitchen. We went in with a very good idea of what we wanted where but the designer (Sam H) added a lot of value with practical suggestions on layout and also creative use of what would have been awkward spaces.
Aftercare was beyond - we had a visit from Allison a few weeks after installation to talk through how to use our new appliances that had a lot of confusing features. We threw a lot of questions at her and she was really helpful. To top it off we even had a surprise gift sent to us later on too with high quality kitchen items.
Even though the pricing is on the higher end we’re definitely considering having them back to design a few other units we have in mind.

Pros:
1) We now have a beautiful new kitchen which I am very pleased with.
2) Aftercare has been fantastic and niggling issues have been sorted out easily.
3) Communication has been fantastic throughout the installation process.
Con:
1) Being shouted at for five whole minutes by our kitchen designer. For this reason, I cannot recommend this company to acquaintances and friends due to the unprofessional approach of one member of staff, despite the fact the rest of our experience was positive.

Having had several high end kitchen over the years, the Roundhouse one has been by far the most hard wearing and hassle free. The installation was first class. The after care has been brilliant on the few occasions I have needed it. The only niggle was with the design and planning process. Our architect had to check a few details to ensure that the fit was correct.
We will definitely be getting another Roundhouse kitchen in the future and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I could not be more unhappy with the service of this brand. Please avoid if you can. They only have the prices of a high end kitchen , but you can find better quality and customer service in IKEA . We started installation at the beginning of July (having put an order in December) and yet as of now in September have no visibility on when the kitchen will be finished. This is because they made a number of amateur mistakes in the measures and now the major cabinet needs resizing . They install a wall unit that does not open properly as again the mechanism is not calibrated to the size of the door!!!! They deliver the very expensive Fulham larder with all the internal racks already damaged . We have experienced all sort of designing mistakes and very poor advice on how to choose colours and materials. If you are still on time avoid Roundhouse

Roundhouse have been really great and professional right from the start.
I met with many designers from different kitchen companies but none could understand our vision. And so it all started at the showroom in Guildford.
The senior designer really understood our vision and ideas and came up with a beautiful kitchen design.
The process of installation was straightforward! We have now had our kitchen for more than 6 months and I truly love it.
It is as roundhouse says 'simply beautiful'
After installation I had received many gifts! How lovely. (Please see photos)

Roundhouse did an incredible job for our new kitchen. From the design by Ben at the St. Margaret's showroom to the installation by Morne, project management by Rob and final kitchen demonstration by Allison, the whole process was efficient, professional and of the highest quality. The finished project is a fitting centre piece to the heart of our house and will continue to provide the wow factor for years to come.

I had my roundhouse kitchen designed at the Guildford branch, and couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience! It is a highly professional company with great management and skilful workers. Despite a few hiccups along the way, everything was sorted out pretty quickly, and the kitchen is lovely!

From the first moment we met Ben and started to talk about what we wanted and needed from our new kitchen, Roundhouse were the kitchen company for us. The considered thought that went into each and every part of the design for us was phenomenal.
We ripped out our kitchen in Feb 2020 and the kitchen had been due to be delivered in April. Understandably, it was delayed but actually only by a month and the team who came to install it and then paint it were so supportive and helpful given we were in such unchartered waters.
We love our kitchen, it is not only functional but also beautiful. Thank you to Ben and the whole team at Roundhouse.

I cannot recommend the Roundhouse team enough- what a top quality service from beginning to end. Ben in the show room in St Margaret’s with great ideas and so much patience when we were undecided.
The installation team worked with our building contractors with such professionalism.
The kitchen itself is such good quality yet was only their entry level range . It is strong and installed precisely.
Even Alison was happy to show me the appliances knowing I am not the chef in our house , so kind.
And obviously the gift - what a lovely surprise and the chopping board looks like it will last forever!
After a difficult kitchen project 5 years earlier with another company I am so glad I have now found Roundhouse , will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

We love our new kitchen and I cannot thank the team at Roundhouse Wigmore street enough. Oli corralled our thoughts and conjured up an amazing design. He maximised the space and perfectly coordinated natural wood, marble and black blue cabinets. When the first lock down kicked in and our builder pulled out they patiently rescheduled us. Once we got going again Paul looked after us expertly throughout the whole process. Karim did an expert job fitting it literally with laser precision, no mean feat in an old house with no level surfaces. The quality of the cabinetry is spectacular and the details and fittings leave no expense spared. It is crammed full of nice details some of which, like cutting our rough sawn oak doors out of a single piece of wood, we would not have thought to request.
We did our bedroom with Roundhouse over a decade ago and it was so nice to renovate the kitchen with a team I knew I could trust to deliver. I look forward to working with Roundhouse again.

Cannot thank the team at Roundhouse enough for bringing my dream to reality. Must confess I looked up many kitchen companies before choosing Roundhouse. Convinced it is the best decision we have made so far. Right from concept, design, delivery and fitting we felt listened to and supported. There were a few hiccups along the way due to COVID but the finished product is far too spectacular to grudge any unforeseen circumstance.
Daniel, our amazing young designer, Oli, who stood in when Daniel was away and Paul at Operations - cannot thank you all enough. The fitters and decorators were brilliant too and Paul ensured that every little snag was taken care of. He I believe is the “one of the best ambassadors of the Roundhouse brand”.
Alison who came in later to help me make best use of appliances was just as awesome too. Cannot wait to put all her advice to use. And to top it all she brought along a very thoughtful gift from Roundhouse. Thank you once again - highly recommended by us!

The entire team at Roundhouse was amazing to work with and seamless in its approach. From Ben and Dani who designed the kitchen to the fitters, painters and after sales support, every single member we encountered was great. Amy P who is the installation coordinator provides the best support, ensuring that any issue, big or small is addressed promptly.
The kitchen is one of the most essential spaces in the house and it is so important to pick the right company to design and build your kitchen. We absolutely love our kitchen. It’s beautiful, welcoming, functional, unique and timeless. If we ever build another house, I would not hesitate to use Roundhouse (Ben H and team) again. They look after their kitchens and clients.

I first worked with Roundhouse St Margarets in 2003 when they did a lovely family kitchen in East Sheen that my clients still enjoy, and that has not dated at all due to the timeless and classic finishes used.
Then last year they were appointed on another project for my clients who did considerable "shopping around" and chose RoundHouse for their hands-on Design approach and classic style that suited their taste.
All went according to plan and is looking great!

Roundhouse worked so hard to complete our kitchen before lockdown and we can't thank them enough. We've now had 6 weeks of putting our new kitchen through its paces with 5 adults unexpectedly at home. It has performed outstandingly well! Everything about the space is just perfect, it just works and makes life so much more bearable. The storage space we now have has transformed our lives - no more clutter - vital when there are so many at home and it's robust - it's being used so heavily at the moment and still looks pristine. I can't recommend Roundhouse highly enough, from start to finish utterly professional and Karim our fitter was a star!

From start to finish working with the Roundhouse team was a pleasure, enjoyed discussing the options and going through our ideas for the space.
They helped guide us and ensure that our finished kitchen was exactly what we needed for our busy family life.
The options available give you plenty to choose from, and the team have a great eye for detail.
When we came to fitting the kitchen, the fitters were just as polite - entertaining our two little ones when multiple questions were asked!
Very tidy and happy to confirm what the plan of the day was when they arrived, meant I felt i was always in the loop and no hidden surprises.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a superb kitchen, if we ever move i won't hesitate to use them again.

Great company and one of the most fantastic kitchens ever! We were served by Sam and she was the most charming, accommodating and friendly person. She helped us design a kitchen suited to our needs and was very patient with all the changes. Once the kitchen was ready to be installed, there were a few measurement errors but Paul was brilliant in his customer service and helped us through each and every stage. He came in for a home visit, offered to have any scratches removed free of cost and was very hands-on in his support. Roundhouse also provided a cleaning service for the kitchen once it's installed.
I realise now that it's not just the initial service but the after care customer service that is equally important, especially for a kitchen. Roundhouse sent someone over for a free demonstration on how to use all the gadgets and this was very helpful. They also gave a lovely free gift (great quality cutting board, wine and apron!)
The overall result is really stunning and the finish is brilliant! Thank you Roundhouse for giving us a kitchen of our dreams and thank you for your great customer service. Please keep it up.

The design experience in Wigmore St was perfectly pleasant but the installation and execution of our very expensive (small) kitchen a horror. 100% payment demanded up front (early August) with threat that one day late would mean kitchen put into storage and yet our important and agreed deadline (12 September) totally disregarded; arriving home (after three month decamp overseas for refurbishment) to unfinished and mostly unusable kitchen. At least we were able to immediately alert Roundhouse to the huge error with unanticipated redesign/reduction of kitchen island, but that speedy notice to correct and reinstate met with insistence that the wrong/too small stone top could not be reimbursed because they were so fast to cut it (!) following templating one/two days earlier? So we are now left instead with cardboard temporary worktop while another new stone top (paid for again 100% up front mid Oct) redesigned. It’s now 12 November and same cardboard temporary worktop stinking the house out. No sign of our original paid-for stone top which could have at least given us a hygienic temporary solution two months ago while the lengthy design mistake was resolved (6-8 weeks we were told end Oct and still no date in sight) and template for new one only “rushed” for us last week. Roundhouse for an expensive upmarket kitchen? Give it a miss.

We absolutely love our Roundhouse Kitchen and we can’t praise the team at Roundhouse enough! Our Kitchen designer Daniel was absolutely fantastic to work with and his technical expertise, practical tips and design flair was instrumental in creating the personal, unique kitchen that is now the heart of our home. The quality and fit of the kitchen is exactly as requested and we love the fact that the kitchens are built in Malvern, Worcestershire. The Roundhouse after care service has also been much appreciated and included a visit from the lovely Amy who gave us the confidence to use our shiny new ovens to their full potential. An all round wonderful experience from start to finish and thank you again to the Roundhouse team.

It was a long process but Lauren in the Guildford showroom was patient, full of new ideas and a dream to work with. Do not go anywhere else. I wanted a dream kitchen and did all the research into every top bespoke kitchen makers. I started to notice all the pictures I was collecting on Pinterest were of Roundhouse kitchens. Robyn was unbelievably insightful. She figured out how I live, cook, and what specific needs I had for my kitchen. She listened and then came up with really brilliant ideas and was so interested in making me happy. She is a joy to just sit and talk to never mind her amazing taste. The colour that she chose for my painted units was so spot on, everyone who comes in comments on what a stunning colour it is! Everyone who came in from designer to builders to fitters to the cleaner were incredibly polite, tidy and just really nice people. I honestly cannot recommend Roundhouse enough. Start to finish, it was a joy. A year on- I can still attest to the quality of the work.

I chose Roundhouse because I wanted a quality and stylish kitchen that could be designed around my daughter's physical limitations. I found Alison Lynch in their Wigmore Street office to be extremely understanding, patient and very easy to talk to. She has managed to design a beautiful and practical family kitchen, which my daughter can easily access, without compromising on its looks. The fitter had a testing time trying to install the kitchen whilst other building works continued but he was friendly and super efficient and any questions have always been promptly dealt with by Damian in their Installations Team. From my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Roundhouse.

Is it an overstatement to say a kitchen can change your life? ..... we moved into our house for the foreseeable, which needed a major renovation... and we knew the kitchen would be the most important part of the house. With Robyn at the Clapham show room... we created our dream kitchen. From the style (urbo, dark grey, stainless steel and walnut) through to the appliances and the lighting arrangements, flooring and kitchen interiors. The quality is exceptional, the follow up post installation is superb.
I honestly thought this kitchen would be out of our price range, but we made it work and it’s truly the best room in the house and one I know we’ll still adore in a decades time. Just can someone tell the kids not to touch the stainless steel?!

We were highly recommended to Roundhouse by various friends and colleagues. We went to our local branch in Fulham, and met Paul Welburn, who was our designer. To complicate things further, our new kitchen is in our house in France, in the hills behind Cannes. Paul and a colleague came to France for a planning meeting, and they really got our brief, and designed a kitchen which delivered everything we wanted and more.
The kitchen fitted travelled to France and installed the kitchen. We arrived to find it was perfect. the planning, execution and quality are superb, and we cannot thank the Roundhouse team enough. All our friends who have seen the kitchen are full of praise, and one of our friends has recently had a kitchen installed by Roundhouse, also in France.

We chose Roundhouse after visiting what felt like every kitchen designer in the South East. We felt Sam was the only one that really listened to our requirements and put so much thought into the kitchen design - and gave us something that was stylish and fitted so well with the open plan space we had in mind.
Sam was also incredibly helpful when it came to choosing colours as this was something I was particularly apprehensive about.
I'd also like to comment on the excellent after care - as with any large project, there are always snags to be corrected and they've all been resolved very quickly and the team have always checked to make sure we were satisfied.
When we chose the kitchen, it was well in excess of our budget but we've not regretted our decision for one minute.

We considered a number of kitchen suppliers, but are so pleased we chose Roundhouse. They've certainly given us value for money. The design process was made easy by our designer Paul, with excellent recommendations on layout and appliances. Because it is all bespoke, they were able to create a fantastic kitchen that maximises the space available. Damian and the installation team coordinated the installation seamlessly with our builder, and all the follow up service has been exemplary. Highly recommended, and if I ever do another kitchen, I will be going back to Roundhouse.

We have recently had an Urbo kitchen installed by Roundhouse as part of our house conversion. From the initial meeting with Robyn in their Clapham showroom where she really listened to what we wanted, to her first designs we were really impressed with Roundhouse. Robyn really listened to what we were looking for and added her own expertise into our design, advising us on what she felt would work and wouldn't.
And then on to the installation of the kitchen. Tom from Roundhouse kept us in touch throughout with dates and the process and his installation team worked around our builders and some changing dates to install the kitchen in good time and with such a high attention to detail.
Every stage was explained and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. It really is a beautiful kitchen.
We have not taken advantage yet of the home visit to show us all the little details and how to get the best out of the appliances etc but we will be doing.
I wholeheartedly recommend Roundhouse.

From initial contact to design it was a very reassuring experience and at all stages of the process the team were able to reflect my needs and aspirations. Once I had started the process I did not feel the need to look at any alternatives. Jane the designer at Richmond was very helpful and patient and worked attentively with me to get to the desired end result both in terms of design and price. She was extremely helpful in getting the best appliances and internal fittings. I was most impressed with the precision and attention to detail from start to finish. The design and technical team liaised with the builders to coordinate the project. Once the installation began, Ben our Roundhouse fitter was impressive to say the last. It was heartening to see him take such meticulous care of the entire project and the end result is a testament to his efforts. 6 months later I must say that I am extremely happy and delighted to work in my new space. I would thoroughly recommend Roundhouse if you are wanting to create an exciting and bespoke kitchen and living space."

Initially attracted by the display in Roundhouse, Richmond, we met with Ben Hawkswell, designer, who listened to our ideas and absorbed our likes and dislikes. After several meetings he drew up a plan for a complete redesign of our kitchen. We always felt we could phone to discuss, or drop into Roundhouse.
We were helped and advised expertly on materials and colours and had an endless supply of samples to take home. We were directed on where to seek knowledge on equipment like ovens, hobs and fridges. With a very positive and can-do attitude the initial plan was tweaked to incorporate final decisions and we were given a totally accurate timescale for the work. This schedule was helpfully broken down into the various stages at which we committed to decisions eg paint colour and finish.
The fitters were expert and respectful of our property and the schedule went to plan.
We now have a lovely bespoke kitchen designed along clean modern lines which reflects our lifestyle. It gives the illusion of space although we didn't extend. It is totally what we wanted but we could not have achieved it ourselves without Roundhouse's expertise and creative input.

I came with a very high expectation and a particularly keen eye for detail coming from a design background myself, however from the first look around the showroom and initial chat with Paul the designer in the Guildford branch I knew that we had found the right company to fit our kitchen.
We worked very closely together to get every detail exactly right and with Paul's friendly professionalism nothing was too much trouble even down to arranging a visit to choose the granite slab for the work tops.
Christian the fitter was a true professional who clearly took great pride in his work- it's faultless.
The whole process from design to completion and aftercare has been a complete joy and we could not recommend Roundhouse highly enough for superbly crafted kitchens with a friendly and dedicated team.
We love our new kitchen

We went to the Richmond branch on a friend's recommendation and immediately got on well with the designers there. Jane Powell designed our new kitchen in our new extension - she really listened to us, worked with our ideas, and came up with a great design. It works well and looks beautiful. We all love cooking in it, and I wouldn't change a thing! The company is very professional. The fitter was amazing, and everyone was so nice, that even though the length of the whole building project was stressful, the kitchen part was a real pleasure.

Roundhouse is made up of a really creative team of designers who offered plenty of innovative thinking. Professional, friendly service, from initial consultation to completed project. It was a really collaborative process and Olly worked really closely with me to make sure that every detail was spot on. The installation went smoothly and I am delighted with the new space and my lovely Roundhouse kitchen.
