All truly excellent. The kitchen is very high quality and the service and support truly great and highly professional. I strongly recommend the Scavolini store in West Hampstead. I could not have wished for a better service!

Overall the project was completed to expectations. Due to Covid disruptions we had issues on delivery of appliances but at the end we got there. The quality of the cabinets so far seems good but only time will tell. Our previous kitchen lasted almost 30y and we expect this to last equally long.

Thank you for a truly 5 star service from initial consultation to final execution. Our new kitchen is exquisite, the design is beautiful and functional. Due to the clever design we have way more space than in our old kitchen. The fitters did a great job, they were polite, professional and hard working. I highly recommend Scavolini.

The design team has perfectly understood what I needed, provided me with options and demonstrated competence with materials and appliances. Execution was punctual and the project manager communicated with me throughout the process.

We have had the delight of working with Scavolini on a kitchen, utility & laundry room as part of our house refurb. Our designer/project manager took us into their showroom and we could see the ranges were high quality. We loved the items and decided Scavolini was for us. We mentioned what we liked and Brani developed an amazing design for us on all the rooms. They co-ordinated everything with our project manager and we had nothing to worry about. We are so happy with all the rooms they have done. We had only recently moved to Hertfordshire from Scotland and so had no idea who to use to create our dream kitchen. No words to describe how happy I am! I got a full kitchen and 3 bathrooms from Scavilini in West Hampstead. The planning and design of the kitchen and bathrooms took a while, but the designer who worked with me was incredibly patient, creative and helpful in finding useful ideas and solutions. The service from the Scavolini team was 5 starts service throughout the process, from choosing the material, supply, delivery and installation. I was so impressed by the way the Scavolini staff were responsive and resourceful when it came to problem solving. The aftercare service was super! And that was the case even one year after all furnitures and utilities were delivered and installed. In the 18 months which passed since the kitchen and bathrooms were installed, we have been enjoying high quality furnitures and products. As this was quite a a big project, it was only natural to encounter some challenges or minor problems but these were always dealt promptly and with great respect. Overall I greatly recommend Scavolini!!!

We went with few ideas for our kitchen and they helped us with the design giving us a lot of practical and beautiful suggestions. The kitchen is great, was built quickly and the quality of the material is first class!

We looked for a Siemens iQ500 KI86NHDF0 Build-in Fridge Freezer to replace our old one everywhere and as this is the latest and top model from this range no one was stocking it apart from Scavolini Italian Kitchen Showroom by Multiliving. The whole process for very streamline and easy, even though it is a small job and not something they usually do, they still looked after us and organised everything. They even did an extra favour by organising for another company to collect and refuse the old fridge for a small additional cost which helped me out A LOT :) Their installation team came exactly on time and were so so clean, polite and very organised. Made zero mess, when they had to cut some mdf shelves as the new fridge didn't match up to the original cupboard doors, they ran out to their van to cut it so not to make noise or mess. Once they were done they spent a good hour just making sure everything was leveled, the doors shut properly and that there was the right amount of suction to keep the fridge working well and to make sure all the exterior doors matched with the rest of the kitchen doors! Once they completely finished, they look all the rubbish, and floor coverings, it was like they were never there. And best of all they didn't waste any time by talking to us or making noises or asking to go for breaks or coffee:) Great Guys! Highly recommend and if in the future we or our friends need any home fitout we will for sure recommend and/or contact Scavolini Italian Kitchen Showroom by Multiliving! p.s.
