Snug Kitchens

We used Snug Kitchens in 2024/2025 to complete a full kitchen renovation in our Jacobean farmhouse. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. Nicholas and Damini at Snug Kitchens have an incredible eye for both design and functionality, so we not only have a beautiful kitchen to look at, but also one that flows incredibly well and is a joy to cook in. The age of the building meant that the kitchen area was non standard and difficult to work with, but Snug were able to overcome the physical and engineering limitations of the space and produce a fantastic result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Snug Kitchens.

Having used Snug Kitchen Design in 2018 to design the kitchen in our home in Hampshire and been delighted with the result, when we bought a second home in London in 2025 we didn't hesitate to contact them to discuss whether they would be interested in getting involved with our new project. When Nick and Lauren (Head of Design) came to see the apartment, they saw the space in a completely different way to how we had envisaged using it, and their creativity totally transformed the project (for the better!) They would of happily worked with us to replace the original kitchen, but suggested that we change the layout and relocate the kitchen to the front of the apartment and open up the space to create a far more flexible and visually stunning space, and move the master bedroom from the front to the back of the apartment away from the noise of the high street. Whilst it made it a much bigger project, it was, without doubt, the right thing to do and Snug set about drawing up the plans for the alterations. Throughout the project, Damini (Operations Manager) was incredibly efficient, on top of everything that was happening and ahead of the game at all stages. In addition to providing the layout design services (which has transformed the space and how we use it), designing and installing the kitchen, Snug also designed and built our walk-in wardrobe, all the cabinetry in our entrance lobby and one of the bathrooms. The fitters (Andy and Andy) were outstanding and, like the rest of the Snug team, had an excellent eye for detail. One of the many things that made us repeat customers with Snug is that the whole team are a pleasure to work with ... the design team, the operations team and the fitters have all been superb and every time we were expecting someone on site, they turned up, on-time, and got the job done - and did it beautifully! As with our previous project, we are delighted with the quality and the appearance of the end result and, if we decide we’ve got another project in us in the future, we look forward to working with them again!

Nick, Lauren, and the Snug team (including the lovely fitters!) were absolutely brilliant for the whole process. They worked smoothly with our interior designer and we are beyond thrilled with the result. A huge thank you to Nick and the team. Incredible starting with the awareness of how people use space (we altered our design as a result). Then to the detail of every aspect of our kitchen ensuring we have a kitchen beyond our wildest dreams. The quality of the products chosen - particularly the oak veneer on some cupboards and the Dekton worktops on our two islands are just incredible. Oh and don’t forget you can’t choose those or the colours of the island doors until you’ve chosen your floor. Who knew! We have finished with an open plan space with a family area, dining area and unbelievable kitchen. All courtesy of Nick and his team’s knowledge, attention to detail that has delivered us the heart of our home that we are all emotionally attached to. Make Snug your first call on any new kitchen and definitely if you’re planning an extension renovation. We can’t thank you all enough.

We wanted a practical kitchen with a “wow” factor which would be the centre piece of a modern wrap around extension. Nick and the team certainly delivered. At our first meeting with Nick we discussed the things we liked and disliked and explored how we wanted to use the space. As we approached Snug before the building work started, Nick suggested subtle, but important changes to the plans, which have really made the kitchen work. Nothing was too much trouble during the design and installation process – a special thank you to Damini for all her support. 10/10 for design, service and fitting.

We chose Snug kitchens to design and fit our new kitchen after we received great service and attention to detail in the initial consultation phases. The advice and recommendations we received were spot on and we can honestly say there is nothing we would change about our kitchen after living with it for 6 months. The kitchen (Pronorm) is a very high quality finish and the installation work was of an equally high standard. As with any significant project, there were challenges along the way which were dealt with reasonably and professionally by the team at Snug. We would not hesitate to recommend them to potential future clients.

I am absolutely delighted with my kitchen from Snug. From the very first meeting I felt comfortable and confident that the end product would be just what I wanted. Nick was honest and open with his advice and helped guide me towards the right kitchen design & product for our family, but was never pushy - always listened and was always helpful. In addition, we came in exactly on budget, which was really important. Easy communication throughout the project and the after-care service post installation was excellent. We would like to thank Nick and the team at Snug for creating our wonderful kitchen. Nick went well beyond what we would have expected. He made the radical suggestion of moving the kitchen to a different room in the house. This was something we would never have thought of, and it has made the whole house much better! He also listend carefully to our personal requirements, and came up with novel storage solutions that exactly fit our needs. He had exceptional attention to detail and made sure that all the finishing touches looked just right.
