We chose Snug kitchens to design and fit our new kitchen after we received great service and attention to detail in the initial consultation phases. The advice and recommendations we received were spot on and we can honestly say there is nothing we would change about our kitchen after living with it for 6 months. The kitchen (Pronorm) is a very high quality finish and the installation work was of an equally high standard. As with any significant project, there were challenges along the way which were dealt with reasonably and professionally by the team at Snug. We would not hesitate to recommend them to potential future clients.

I am absolutely delighted with my kitchen from Snug. From the very first meeting I felt comfortable and confident that the end product would be just what I wanted. Nick was honest and open with his advice and helped guide me towards the right kitchen design & product for our family, but was never pushy - always listened and was always helpful. In addition, we came in exactly on budget, which was really important.
Easy communication throughout the project and the after-care service post installation was excellent.

We would like to thank Nick and the team at Snug for creating our wonderful kitchen. Nick went well beyond what we would have expected. He made the radical suggestion of moving the kitchen to a different room in the house. This was something we would never have thought of, and it has made the whole house much better! He also listend carefully to our personal requirements, and came up with novel storage solutions that exactly fit our needs. He had exceptional attention to detail and made sure that all the finishing touches looked just right. The finished result if a kitchen that we are really proud of, is great to cook in and we love to show off to our friends and family. Thank you Snug!

Who would have believed that during the build we would find a “hidden” bricked up room? The finished kitchen and utility/pantry look fabulous and I thank you for letting me try out my idea with the hanging shelves, they look great. From my first visit to the showroom, through the design phases and the final fitting, Snug Kitchens have been both professional and a delight to deal with. We stumbled across Snug after having visited the shop opposite. What a great find! Nick understood our brief immediately, and quickly realised we didn't have the time or inclination to do all the research ourselves. He presented us with great designs, challenged our thinking constructively, and presented only 2 or 3 decisions at each stage. The attention to detail was superb, and due to the slightly limiting shape of our kitchen, resulted in many bespoke items being necessary. These were managed seamlessly, so much so, that we didn't realise how bespoke our kitchen had become until half way through the project. We were equally pleased with Snug's after-sales service, with small snags being fixed without any debate. Great design and great customer service throughout.

The Woodspeen Cookery School

Our cookery school has a multitude of uses. It is used for our cookery school courses which range from bread making to butchery, it is also used by us to cook exclusive lunches and dinners, and for us to train other professional chefs. It is a busy kitchen, which needed a clever design, that would bridge the gap between a commercial and domestic kitchen, ensuring that all students felt at home in the space, it was also key that the materials specified would be robust enough to cope with intense daily use.
Now in place for over six months, we are delighted with the design, feel and durability of the kitchen and thank Nick at Snugg for his professional expertise and eye for design to get us to this place.

Wow, amazing kitchen from Snug. Highly recommend. Pain free project from start to finish due to Snug being organised, professional, engaging, passionate and very clever with their design ideas. This is high end kitchen design and supply (not a cheap budget option). Nick and Jenny were superb to work with and their design ideas were fantastic. We trusted them totally and it has all come together perfectly. The showroom is brilliant and it is easy to wander round and basically just point out everything you want as they have the best and most practical products already on show.

We had spoken to many kitchen designers and suppliers over the years and they all took us so far but never to the point where we had something that really worked. The Snug team were a different experience altogether: Nick was very quickly able to explain the opportunities but also limitations of the space we worked with which enabled us to land on a contemporary design that was right for us: Elegant yet practical There was no hard selling and he patiently stuck by us as we took our time over finishes and finer details.
The installation went well, the quality is superb and the finish is excellent. After more than three months in the new kitchen we would not change a thing and highly recommend Nick and Jenny at Snug Kitchens.

We hired Snug kitchens following a review on Houzz and we were not disappointed.
We had been to many other designers but were not completely happy with their designs and price.
Nick and the team at Snug came up with some great ideas which fitted into our ambitious project. We had never done a major house renovation before and we are delighted with the results . The kitchen perfectly complements the rest of the project.

We worked with the team at Snug Kitchens to deliver a wonderful bespoke kitchen in our late Victorian home. This was our first kitchen redevelopment and after working with Snug we would not work with anybody else.
We initially approached a number of local kitchen designers including Snug and from the initial consultation it was clear to see that Nick and the team had a level of passion and creativity that we found nowhere else. All others designed something we already had – they used the space in pretty much the same way as the original kitchen whereas Nick took a more modern approach to the design to achieve what we wanted and got the layout of the design right first time.
The snug showroom and design studio is a great place to get inspiration on colour and material combinations but also examples of different configurations for cabinetry, machines and appliances that help you evolve your design. The limitless options of a bespoke design can be quite daunting but Snug always guided you through the options calling upon many years of experience to help you make a decision you were totally happy with. The design process is an iterative one and there was never any issue in making tweaks to the design all the way up to the point of manufacturing.
The quality of the furniture is some of the best available. The small details and joinery add up to make something very special. Snug organised a trip to the workshop to see our kitchen being made. The workshop manager walked us through the different stages of the build of our kitchen from planks of wood being sawn to the cabinet making and the paint finishing. The craftsmanship, time and attention to detail was a pleasure to see.
Snug’s installation team were very professional, neat, tidy and worked with the workshop to fix any small issues that arose. Inevitability there will always be some issues to take care of, in our case, some small paint chips during transportation which were simply sent back to be re-finished. There was never any question that it would be put right. Nick and the team wanted it to be perfect. A few weeks after completion the installation team came back to tweak a few doors once things had settled and had been loaded up with goods.
We are incredibly happy with the finished kitchen and the overall experience in working with Snug. We knew that the team were “all in” on this project and that was one of the reasons we choose to push the budget to work with Snug. The finished space puts a smile on our face every day and guests are very impressed with what we have.
There is nothing we would change with the design or finishes chosen and that’s a clear sign to us that you have worked with one of the best design teams around with the service to match. Snug kitchens come highly recommended by us.

The leg/end is biscuited and glued.
