We’ve worked with Phil Harflett and the team at ALNO Bristol since 2013. Not only are both their kitchen designs and products of the upmost quality, but their understanding of kitchen appliances is vast. As a brand that’s specified in their showroom, we’ve found that they are unbelievably knowledgeable about the Zip HydroTap, It’s so important that retailers communicate an appliance’s benefits to the customer, not just the functionality and technology side, and this is an area the team at ALNO Bristol particularly excel in. Able to confidently highlight the advantages of having highly filtered chilled, sparking and boiling water in the home, they listen to their customers’ needs, and offer a tailored and professional service. They’re true specialists in the realm of kitchen design!

I should like to say that Phil at the Bristol store was quite outstanding throughout the entire process. From the initial store visit to final installation and even the teething troubles, his product knowledge, patience and practicality shone through and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. I was building a new house in Shropshire, some distance from Bristol, but the store was very close to where I was living at the time. Distance proved no obstacle at all and the fitting team did a great and professional job. I was looking for a very contemporary but restrained style and the Alno range fitted it perfectly. Two years later the house is fantastic and so is the kitchen, as good now as it was the day I moved in.

We approached Alno Bristol in 2014 prior to starting a large extension to our property. Phil Hartflett was most helpful, providing designs and solutions that allowed the re-use of our existing Corian work top, matching it the new Corian and integrated some of our existing Alno units with new Alno units they supplied and installed. They dove tailed the installation to match with the build programme, liaising with our builders, plumbers & electricians both prior to and during the construction of the extension. We had a problem with the new Leiber integrated fridge & freezer that Alno supplied & installed. Alno Bristol & Leiber went the extra mile to resolve the issue which included replacing both items and the Alno cabinets they are housed in. Dez their installer was excellent. We are very pleased with the finished kitchen.

We approached Alno to provide the kitchen for a major extension of our Victorian terrace. We were instantly attracted by the flexible, responsive and personal service offered by Phil and the team at the Bristol store. We had a clear idea of what we wanted our kitchen to be like and Phil listened and delivered exactly what we wanted. His attention to detail and desire to get everything spot on gave us full confidence that we would have a high quality kitchen delivered on time, and so it proved. When there was a slight issue with the layout of one of the cupboards it was immediately addressed at no extra cost. We would recommend both the product and people without hesitation - thank you to Bradburys and Alno for giving us our dream kitchen!

The service provided was design and installation of a kitchen. They were professional and helpful at all stages. We were particularly impressed with the way that they resolved any issues with the kitchen once it had arrived. For example they noticed some damage, so minor that we hadn't noticed ourselves, on a cupboard door and wine cooler and arranged for them to be replaced. Particular mention should go to designer, Phil and installer, Dez who were both extremely professional throughout the whole process.

As we were self building our house we were able to start planning our kitchen at a very early stage; in fact we had started working with Bradburys The Alno Store before the foundations were even dug! The kitchen was a key part of the overall design, and at every step of the way nothing was too much trouble for their kitchen designer Phil. He spent many hours with us ensuring that his design totally met our brief and helping us to incorporate everything we wanted within our budget. The day before the kitchen was due to be fitted we had a problem with the kitchen floor which led to the actual fitting having to be delayed by 6 weeks but Bradburys could not have been more accommodating. When the floor was finally ready, Dez, the kitchen fitter, was efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We now have a kitchen which totally works for us and has the sophisticated look we wanted. Our house build was followed by Channel 4 and was shown on the More 4 Building the Dream series with Charlie Luxton.

The service provided was the design, supply and installation of a new ALNO kitchen, where they were very professional and helpful throughout the process. The design brought up a number of ideas that we had not previously thought of, and had not been suggested by other companies, which has resulted in a much better final product.

Outstanding from start to finish! We were recommended Alno kitchens by a close friend and we are very grateful that she told us about Alno. The kitchens are innovative, beautiful and made of top quality materials! In particular the service provided by Phil at Alno Bristol was second to none. From our vision to what we wanted and his expertise in the field , together we have created a perfect space in our home. The old dated wooden kitchen has now been replaced by a sleek and contemporary kitchen with all of the features we require. Phil spent countless hours tweaking and modifying what we thought we wanted, to create what we never thought was possible. We can't recommend Phil and the team highly enough. We started looking for a new kitchen during the Summer of 2014, we visited various showrooms and spoke with lots of people to help us form ideas. From this we quickly narrowed the field down and were impressed with Bradbury’s as they were able to incorporate our thoughts and needs into the design whilst adding a lot of useful ideas from their experience. The design was refined over several months and we ordered the kitchen in the Autumn. The kitchen was installed in December, in time for Christmas and we were delighted with the result, particularly the level of attention to detail. Now it has been in use for over a year and we are both still very happy with it. Everyone from Bradbury’s was a real pleasure to deal with and we felt they were very proactive with dealing with any issues that came up during and post installation. I can strongly endorse Bradbury’s both for their customer service, and the range and quality of kitchens they supply.
