About Us

Unique By Design is a family run business with the principles being father, son & daughter. The directors, Ivor and John Coates have worked together through IMC Contracts, since John left school in 2001 and have combined 50 years of experience. Our vision for the business is to supply quality goods, give an innovative design service, backed by experience, technical knowledge and confidence that these products will be installed to the highest of standards. Unique By Design will offer a full service from designing, supplying to installation.

Unique by Design designed and installed my ensuite in my master bedroom in November 2013. Their workmanship, customer service and professionalism where second to none. Initially I was hoping for a toilet and wash basin but Unique by Design, with their excellent design skills, were able to provide me with a shower as well. I feel as if I live in a hotel now!
