We have just finished our whole house refurbishment. For Vegas Kitchens, our journey started nearly 12 months ago. Louise gave us some expert guidance with the kitchen and utility room layout and plans and supported us throughout. We bought the kitchen in December for delivery in April. When it arrived from the manufacturer, Vegas Kitchens stored it safely in their warehouse until the builder was ready for it some weeks later. When the builder called for the kitchen, everything arrived on time. The kitchen and utility room have now been installed with Quartz worktops and Glass splash backs all arranged through Vegas. We are really pleased with the kitchen layout and quality and are looking forward to many years of service. We would highly recommend Vegas Kitchens.

I've learnt over time, through a couple of less than optimal experiences, that the most important factor in replacing a kitchen is the quality of the fitter. After trawling through the usual sheds and some other independents, I stumbled upon Vegas Kitchens quite late in our process, but was immediately impressed by the fact that in most of their reviews the fitters are mentioned by name and highly praised. It also helps to have a good sales consultant and our experience with Jon was excellent. We spent 2 or 3 sessions with Jon and ended up with a bespoke design that fitted our space perfectly using their Italian Doimo product, which I feel is step up in quality and finishing touches compared with many of the standard offerings out there. Jon also helped us choose appliances, which Vegas supply at very competitive prices, cheaper than a lot of the appliance warehouses, and also Quartz worktops and a Quooker tap which were also supplied at a lower price than expected. Returning to the subject of kitchen fitters, Vegas only use a small number of fitters which they have vetted over time to ensure high standards. When we explained that we would need other services such as Plastering and Electrics, Jon asked Harry to survey and quote for the works required. Our experience with Harry was fantastic from start to finish. Not only is he an excellent and methodical fitter who is obsessed with detail and the quality of the finish but the other Trades he brought in, (Electrician, Plasterer and Plumber) were also of the same high standard and polite, punctual and tidy people that we were very happy to have working in our home. Harry managed the installation process very well and organised his visits and those of the other Trades to maintain progress but without people tripping over others. Harry also did other work for us such as Architrave and Skirting with the same attention to detail and finish. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Vegas Kitchens and I can highly recommend them if you are looking for a high quality kitchen.

We would definitely recommend Vegas Kitchens. Our experience with the whole team at the Hawkinge showroom has been first class. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and utility room which were fitted by Matt along with help from Rubin (electrician) and Luke (plumber). All were professional, efficient and friendly. They also cleaned up really well at the end of each day. Matt kept us well informed of the progress and the whole project was completed in just over 2 weeks. Any little issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We now have a quality kitchen designed and fitted by a helpful and knowledgeable team within the agreed timeframe. From the very first meeting at their well appointed showroom, I was impressed with Louise’s grasp of my requirements, product knowledge and her attention to detail. The whole service experience was excellent from design to delivery. I made a few modifications prior to and after delivery, each time this was dealt with in an extremely friendly manner, and the extra components were delivered professionally without any fuss whatsoever. We visited Vegas Kitchens last year with the intention of "just having a look round". We were really impressed with the quality of the kitchens and Jon was really helpful. We had just moved house and were having a lot of building work done so weren't in a position to proceed at that time but had seen exactly what we wanted in the showroom. Fast forward 6 months and we revisited the showroom armed with plans and drawings. Jon spent hours with us - He was so helpful and very tactful when suggesting that maybe some of our ideas wouldn't work - and he was definitely right!! Our kitchen was delivered in November and fitted in time for Christmas. The hob was delayed but Jon and Sam arranged for a loan hob to be personally delivered to us to get us through. On the basis that we live in Bristol this was amazing customer service. We are absolutely thrilled with how our kitchen has turned out. Everyone who has seen it has said how fantastic it looks, especially the table which was custom made to match the worktops. We would not hesitate to recommend Vegas Kitchens - nothing was too much trouble for them and we felt in really safe hands. We cannot rate Vegas Kitchen's highly enough. We shopped long and hard for our dream kitchen and no one could compare to them. Planning our new kitchen from scratch was quite a daunting prospect but Jon really listened to what we wanted and his design and recommendations were absolutely spot on. We decided on units from Doimo with Dekton worktop, glass splash back, Siemens appliances and a Quooker tap. He provided us with some incredibly realistic images to help us visualise and reassure our choices. It’s a substantial investment but we feel the price we paid was very competitive and worth every penny for the service received and what we now have. Our kitchen was installed by Matt, along with Mike the electrician and Luke for the plumbing. All of the team were superb in their workmanship and attitude, nothing too much trouble and respectful of our home, all great guys. Installers from the company who did the worktop and glass splash back were also excellent. Everyone arrived exactly when they said they would and the quality of workmanship throughout the installation was superb. Once we were settling back in to our new kitchen we needed a few adjustments with shelf heights etc which were promptly sorted for us. We did unfortunately have a door that was damaged in transit and a couple of missing components and if there is anything negative to say it’s only that replacements took quite a while to arrive. But that is down to Doimo and parts being sent from Italy. Our kitchen was fitted in September 2023 and it really has been everything we could have wished for. A big thank you to everyone at Vegas Kitchens who turned our dream kitchen into a reality.

We found the whole process from our first meeting to go through our requirements to the fitting of the Kitchen very smooth. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we made minor adjustments. The fitting was carried out very professionally, with the different trades coming when they were required. The Kitchen/Dining Room were kept clean and tidy at the end of each day.

We had a new kitchen installed in September. We had spent quite some time revising the plan which entailed several visits to the Hawkinge showroom. At all times Louise was willing to sit with us and revise the plan and discuss our options. We saw what the finished kitchen would look like on the screen in the showroom and each new change of design was emailed to us to check. Together we went through several plans until we were happy with the final result. The fitters arrived on the day that was planned, the entire kitchen arrived on the due date and was installed with the minimum fuss and disruption. The workmanship is first class and the fitters were willing to adjust and adapt the few minor tweaks we made. We were very impressed with the whole project, from initial discussion through to completion. Nothing was too much trouble and the finished result is fantastic. We have now used the kitchen for four months and there is nothing we would have done differently, which demonstrates how well planned the design was. We have no hesitation in recommending Vegas Kitchens to anyone considering investing in a new kitchen.

We went to Vegas Kitchens because of their outstanding reviews and the fact they were a local company. Safe to say they live up to their reviews. Not only were they excellently priced but nothing was too much trouble, we required 2 measuring appointments due to other work we had on our house, we changed our mind on colour and style, we were allowed to borrow a sample door and a worktop sample to allow us to make the best decision regarding wall colour and flooring in our kitchen. Louise was a star and has the patience of a saint. I also would recommend using Vegas’ recommended fitter Dan, he was lovely, tidy and efficient, nothing was too much trouble, found time to do some boxing in of pipes for us as well. Our kitchen has gone from the 80’s to a lovely modern country cottage style kitchen. Highly recommend Vegas Kitchens and Dan the fitter.

Vegas Kitchens were professional from our very first enquiry right through to the completion of our kitchen. Their designer worked with our ideas and gave us great suggestions about how we could get the most of the space. Their fitter, Dan was fantastic. He has a great team of Tradespeople that he works with to provide a high quality finish in all areas of the kitchen and he makes suggestions along the way to ensure that the finish is perfect down to tiny details. We are thrilled with the result.

We had been planning and looking for our new kitchen for a very long time and as it was going to be the only time we did it, it had to be perfect. Our initial meeting with John at the Hawkinge showroom was about a year before we were ready to start the kitchen. He knew this but was still happy to spend time with us going over the possibilities. We were impressed with the quality and choice available but the main reason we chose Vegas was the no pushy sales offers. The price was the price, no special offers if pay now, no deadlines to get a cheaper price. All very honest and upfront. We needed a fair bit of building and electrical work before the kitchen could be installed and it took a bit of time with John to get the right people for the work. Once it got going it was a fairly smooth process. We did have a few minor hold ups and date changes but we were kept informed of any delays and the reasons behind them. Harry and the rest of the tradesmen (sorry I’m rubbish at remembering names) were all friendly and professional. My only suggestion, when having different trades people in, would be more communication between them regarding planning and timings etc. I actually enjoyed project managing it but could imagine might be a challenge to others especially when things change and everyone has to be moved. There were a couple of damaged parts on the kitchen and these were replaced without question. In fact one really didn’t need replacing as was very minor and didn’t really show but john insisted it had to be perfect. The glass splash back wasn't the easiest to fit as walls are not straight but the Fitter (sorry can’t remember name) Did a great job. The after sales service from Sam was excellent and even received a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The finished kitchen looks stunning, it doesn’t look like the same house and looks so much bigger because of the careful design. I love it and spend so much more time in it would highly recommend Vegas .

We are delighted with our new kitchen. The quality is superb. Better yet, it came at a very reasonable price. The service was excellent and very personalised. From viewing to completion this company were very professional in both their approach and customer service. Kitchen was delivered in the timescale quoted and their recommended installer did a great job, which now means we have a fantastic looking kitchen. We dealt with Louise & Sam and nothing was too much trouble for them from design all the way through to after service. I generally don’t recommend people, because it can come back and bite you but I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

Having got 2 other quotes for our kitchen, we came across Vegas Kitchens. We had a visit from their designer Jon, who listened and understood what we wanted. Their customer service has been 2nd to none. We have a stunning kitchen fitted by Matt and his team of plumbers, electricians and plasterers who arrived on time every morning and worked cleanly and efficiently. We even had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered after installation was complete. I used to work for a kitchen company and have been blown away by the high class, quality kitchen, at a great price and with service to match. We also used Vegas glass for our splashbacks and they were so helpful in assisting us to make the right choice to complement our kitchen. Nothing has been too much trouble for this company.

We had an excellent experience with Vegas Kitchens, from the design service through to the installation and aftersales service. The team was helpful, patient, flexible and professional throughout. The kitchen fitter was incredible, real attention to detail and a superb high quality installation. We had some manufacturing damage on some units and drawers and the aftersales team quickly rectified this and we received replacement units which were installed by the same fitter. We are very happy with our experience with Vegas Kitchens. We also used Vegas Glass for a splashback and received the same quality and professional experience.

Vegas supplied our new kitchen and we are pleased with the result. We did use Dan their recommended fitter and he did an excellent job. We did receive a follow up call approx 10 days after delivery. Very happy with the finished result.

We experienced an excellent service from the team, from the initial design consultation with Louise, who was friendly, professional, and clearly had an extensive knowledge of the products and appliances, to completion. They have a network of tradespeople they work with to fit the kitchens, and we would highly recommend Dan and his team. Dan was our project manager, a talented carpenter, hardworking, trustworthy, and tidy, his attention to detail was apparent and he clearly enjoys seeing the end results. From start to finish Vegas kitchens have been amazing! Up until this point we had been messed about by a lot of trades… but vegas really took the stress out of everything…! The design, the delivery and the after sales have all been top notch! Still waiting to choose our splash back and paint colour…. But I’m more than happy to leave it as it is for the time being! We now have the most fantastic kitchen from Vagas kitchens. It was designed by Louise and fitted by Matt. Louise listened to our requirements and managed to design a kitchen that gave us so much storage,and aesthetically looks sleek and modern. Matt and his team fitted our kitchen and added the finishing touches. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company, you will not be disappointed.

We decided to have a new kitchen and went to Vegas Kitchens in Hawkinge having heard good recommendations. We were not disappointed, the advice on design from Jon, the quality of the units and the kitchen fitter Mark did an absolutely wonderful job. Would recommend this company to anyone, we are delighted.

Initially I must say that the kitchen product purchased was of the highest quality and would definitely recommend it. There are a couple of items I would suggest you consider, Full height integrated fridge and freezer have a storage space above them which can only be accessed by opening the fridge or the freezer. Told this is standard, to me ridiculous and impractical. All new white goods were purchased with the kitchen - Bosch, very good. Perhaps I did not look close enough at the quote but the tumble dryer came from an unknown manufacturer to me - “Caple”. The machine was not installer friendly who spent over 2days getting it to integrate correctly, not an item I would recommend

After visiting a few different showrooms we decided to go with Vegas Kitchens. We were not disappointed. Jon was professional throughout, and on hand to answer any queries promptly. The quality and style of our Doimo kitchen is second to none. The Dekton worktop is absolutely stunning and the glass splashback completely finishes the kitchen. After visiting many different kitchen companies, we made the decision to go with Vegas Kitchens. From the minute we met Jon, we felt confident that he would do a great job for us. The quote we received from Vegas was extremely competitive, particularly considering that the quality of the kitchens they supply appeared to be far superior to some of their competitors. Their showroom is modern and set up well so that you can be shown the various units and appliances. We were always made to feel welcome. Jon was extremely patient and understanding when we kept going back to him to make changes to the design. He was brilliant at coming up with solutions to any problem that occurred. Now we have lived with the kitchen for a couple of months, we are really seeing the benefit of the expert design and the features that make cooking in the kitchen such an enjoyable experience. Matt, who fitted the kitchen was also excellent. His care, attention to detail and workmanship were outstanding. He built us a walk-in larder, which is fantastic and one of my favourite parts of the kitchen. During the fitting process, Sam was in regular contact with us to make sure that everything was going well. It was great to have him at the end of the phone to answer any questions. We have already recommended Vegan Kitchens to a family member (who will be having his new kitchen fitted in the new year) and a neighbour who was so impressed with our finished kitchen. Recommended Vegas Kitchens by our builder, after the quote we were so pleased with the price, product and service we went nowhere else. Yes we could have got a cheaper kitchen but you pay for quality and we got it !! Arrived on time with no issues and was fitted by the builder with no missing or damaged parts. Louise the sales rep was great and always replied swiftly to any queries either on E-mail or the phone. Of course the bonus of the free glass splash back which looks great and again fitted swiftly and to a high standard. Lastly a nice touch was the arrival of a great bunch of flowers thanking us for our custom and wishing us a Merry Christmas. Goes to prove small local firms can take on the big boys and do better- would highly recommend

I cannot speak more highly of Vegas Kitchens. From the the very first visit to the showroom to the finishing off they were brilliant. Their kitchens are the best quality and have something to suit every budget. Go and check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

The new kitchen was delivered at the agreed date and time, having bought in our own fitter things went absolutely brilliantly, the fitter made comments on the great standard of the kitchen and how easy it was to put in, we are over the moon with it and all the appliances, nothing has been to much trouble for Vegas which should I need too would be my first port of call again.

I am extremely happy with my new Nobilia kitchen from Vegas. Jon and I work through a design together to achieve the right look for my old cottage. Mark, the fitter was extremely professional and his work was of a very high standard. He bespoke made the cooker hood I wanted to achieve the "country look". There were a few small glitches on the order, but Jon rectified them without question and all is perfect.

We consulted many kitchen design companies prior to asking Jon at Vegas Kitchens to come up with a plan that would work for us. He designed a kitchen that none of the other companies had thought of and our new kitchen project became a reality. The cooking space is state of the art, easy to work in, with everything on hand. The seating area feels spacious and comfortable. Finding a kitchen design that suits you and at a price you will be happy with is what Jon is great at and if you put your trust in his ideas you won’t be disappointed. He is professional, friendly and patient. We highly recommend Jon and his team at Vegas Kitchens.

The service we received from Jon at Vegas Kitchens was excellent particularly as several changes were incorporated into the design along the way. The quality of Mark's fitting was similarly excellent and nothing was too much trouble in terms of added extras. Comments and advice on finishes and colour schemes from both were sound and helped us to visualise the final product.

After looking at a number of diffrent kitchens from mainstream kitchen companies we decided to get quote from Vegas Kitchens. The service we received from start to finish was fantastic. Jon who was our designer helped us with every decision but was never pushy which we had experienced from some others. His design really worked for us and made the best use of our space. Matt their installer did an amazing job, everything ran on time. We had stone worktops which were fitted much quicker than we had expected. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and can't recommend everyone at Vegas enough.

Vegas Kitchens installed our new kitchen around 2 years ago. The process was not without its stress, trials and tribulations, but I can’t say we weren’t warned. Designing and installing a kitchen is a complex process and ours more complex than most, so it’s important that the team one chooses to do it, knows what it’s doing. Thanks firstly to Jon. He helped us plan the kitchen with skill, patience and a brilliant CAD design program, which produced pictures remarkably close to the finished article and automatically ordered the components. With Jon’s unrivalled knowledge and experience, this was a smooth and seamless process. Next, thanks to Mark whose job it was to bring the project to fruition. Not only did he work with skill and patience, but constantly made useful suggestions to make sure everything was just as it should be. Thanks to Jason for the Dekton worktops which he installed without a hitch. Thanks to Luke for his additional plumbing skills which proved to be invaluable. Thanks to John from Glass Vegas for installing the beautiful glass splashbacks which brought the finishing touch. Fantastic customer service from the moment we walked through the door. Great showroom and attention to detail from Jon at every stage just made everything go very smoothly. We modified the design a number of times to finetune every little detail, working around the support pillar and utilizing mirrors to help conceal it. The quality, design and finish of the kitchen is exceptional and the picture glass splashback the icing on the cake.

We recently used Vegas Kitchens for our development of 9 new-build properties near Staplehurst, Kent. From the design process to delivery of the kitchens we found the level of service to be excellent.Vegas were also on hand to provide any additional technical support that was required during installation. Vegas Kitchens welcomed the challenge of designing a new kitchen and island area for my 1st floor vaulted and open spaced kitchen/diner/ living room, 30 ft wide,x 30 ft long x 25ft high. Despite having to work the design around; a badly placed boiler, my high -end aesthetic wish and equipment list, Andy designed a kitchen that more than met the brief and has the wow-factor. It has had many compliments. Not only was the design process successful, it was easy. Andy has been designing kitchens for many years and he is a skilled operator, able to draw on his complete understanding of the german-made products which he deals with. We were able to troubleshoot together, Andy suggesting options to get past any problems. Vegas Kitchen's personable and gifted fitter Matt, installed my kitchen for me. Matt's own high standards and skill meant that the units were placed to the mm, any adjustments made effortlessly. I have no reservations at all in recommending Vegas Kitchens to others. Excellent, helpful and friendly staff who helped me design the perfect kitchen. They were extremely helpful and accommodating when I changed my mind a few times! The kitchen looks great and seems to be very good quality. Their quote was lower than Howdens or Wickes too

We has five design quotes from various kitchen supliers and Jon from Vegas Kitchens produced the best design by far. We had a couple of problem areas, being a waste pipe coming down through the kitchen and a sloping staircase. The other kitchen firms didn't use their imagination.Jon was aware that he had very capable kitchen fitters so can up with a design that incorporated the problem areas and in fact made features out of them. The quality of the kitchen supplied was excellent and whilst being a german brand,it was actually competitively priced compared to the other quotes. Matt, the fitter and his team, were perfectionists and produced a great end product for our home. We would definitely recommend Vegas Kitchens .

John designed a beautiful kitchen & utility and gave lots of helpful ideas and was then incredibly patient with our numerous changes and questions!
