I am delighted with the work Simon and his talented team did to renovate a traditional two bedroom tenement flat in Glasgow's west end. Everything from concept, design and implementation was done with great attention to detail. Simon was able to bring ideas that both fitted my vision and kept within my budget. Simon's team did everything from laying flooring to lowering ceilings; new electrics, new gas boiler and radiators, lighting, plumbing, plastering, painting & decorating, tiling and joinery. Simon is very easy to deal with. I'd have no hesitation in hiring this company again in future.

We are delighted with our renovation by Simon and the team at West. It was a fairly big job converting the lower floor from three rooms into an open plan kitchen and living area. Throughout Simon was highly professional and brought great ideas to make the space work. The project was completed on time and on budget. We would be delighted to work with him again on any future projects!

We are very pleased with our new ensuite bathroom that was fitted by Simon and his team. The standard of finish is excellent. Although there were a couple of tiny issues after the work was completed Simon was very quick to inspect them and get these fixed. I think this speaks volumes to the professionalism of West Renovations. When problems were identified during the fitting Simon was quick to get in touch, explained the problem clearly and said what our options were giving a clear indication of what he thought was best. This meant that the job was more expensive than the original estimate but we understood why and we new that it was all very properly done and that no corners were cut. Simon also gave us advice on areas where money could be saved too. All in all I would definitely recommend West Renovations and would definitely use them again. In fact we are so pleased with it that we are thinking of getting another bathroom refitted and using West again.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Simon Dale of West Renovations provided installing a new kitchen in our flat in Glasgow. We live overseas so were a little nervous about employing someone sight unseen. However, Simon responded quickly to our enquiry and most impressively chose all the cabinets and appliances for us with which we are extremely happy. From my initial inquiry the project started a week later and was completed within 2 weeks which also included gutting the old kitchen. We were incredibly impressed with the organization and speed with which everything was completed. Simon also went beyond the call of duty sourcing and installing a new blind. We would certainly use him again and do not hesitate in recommending his services.

West renovations gave us an estimate for the whole job involving removal of walls , redirecting water supplies and waste , electricity supplies for lighting,sockets and installing under floor heating Included in the estimate was the kitchen and installation. The time scale given to complete the work was 1 month. We were very happy with West renovation as they gave us a breakdown on costs as the job progressed. The kitchen was completed in the time scale given by a professional well organised team. I would definitely recommend them.
