“From start to finish, Vicky has managed to deliver a service that I don't think exists anywhere else! We put off getting our kitchen done for many years which included a bit of restructuring and shuffling of rooms, thinking it's just not affordable and with 2 young kids I thought we'd be mad. We started to do some research (as it's all we ever talked about) to see if it was possible. We liaised with a few reputable kitchen companies and designers for advice and quotes, and constantly got overwhelmed by the project (and price). We then came across Vicky on Instagram, thinking she would be way out of reach, but thought it was worth an enquiry. Vicky from the get go is a very personable, real, genuine and evidently knowledgeable person. She somehow asked the right questions or could just tell how we lived our lives and she knew exactly what we needed in our space without knowing it ourselves - she did a design that we fell in love with (didn't change a thing), and to top it all off, it came in at a price, even cheaper than well known value kitchen companies. The quote included all the little details that a lot of places don't consider, like lighting and the drawers. We fell in love with the design and pricing but were struggling to find anyone reputable to quote the work's/fit us in any time in the year. The moment we gave the go ahead, every part of the project has been reliably achieved. Vicky helps coordinate the timeline and trades and it was all so smooth. The whole process I was able to focus on paint colours and storage solutions rather than the horror stories you tend to hear about. “WOW! Was the message I sent Philippa when we opened the door to our home. We approached Philippa again after she designed our kitchen a few years ago, to renovate and refurbish our period property home as we hadn’t done anything to it since we moved in 11 years ago and there were rooms we didn’t even use. We both have very busy lives and trusted Philippa and her team to be professional, helpful and easy to work with. Having all the designs and items they had chosen for us on their online dashboard really helped with decision-making and transparency with costings. As part of their installation and styling service - they not only unpacked seven container boxes for us but even went the extra mile taking time to frame a family tree, colour co-ordinate books in the library and adding flowers for our arrival back home.
