She looked at zones and areas of use and made sure there was plenty of storage. She helped me visualise and bring ideas to life. Small touches and recommendations made all the difference. She didn't mind if I changed my mind, she embraced it and went with it, nothing seemed too much trouble and I always felt that my needs and wants were at the core of everything she did.”
