Jonathan Snow Design is a Landscape and Garden Design practice, based in West London. We are passionate about designing beautiful outdoor spaces that people enjoy spending time in. In an urban environment we often work closely with architects and interior designers, to create a garden that is an extension of the home, while in a more rural setting, we also look to the character of the landscape for inspiration, to ensure that the garden nestles harmoniously and peacefully in its surroundings. Jonathan Snow is a graduate of the Inchbald School of Design (2006). He worked for renowned landscape designers Arne Maynard, and Tom Stuart-Smith, gaining experience of designing both urban and large country gardens before setting up his own practice in 2009. Current projects include a four acre estate in Surrey, a Penthouse roof garden in Chelsea Harbour and a family garden in the Champagne region of France.

Randle Siddeley is a leading landscape architecture, construction and maintenance company. Based in London, our Design Division specialises in designing landscapes and gardens for private residences and commercial developments all over the world. With projects from the most modest of city roof terraces to the grandest of palaces and hotels, our experienced landscape architects combine creative flair with obsessive attention to detail to deliver classic, yet contemporary, landscape treatments. Our Construction Division is made up of hard- and soft-landscaping experts whose traditional craftsmanship skills, using modern methods and equipment, deliver beautiful gardens and public realm spaces time and time again. Many of the projects we build have been crafted by our Design Division, but we also frequently tender and negotiate on schemes designed by other landscape and garden designers. We take pride in our gardens and landscapes looking established and developed from the moment they are completed. Like all living projects, however, they flourish and mature with age. We employ a substantial team of garden and landscape maintenance experts who work to ensure that your outdoor space always looks immaculate. Our full-service maintenance package is tailored to suit your requirements for your private residences, retail, hospitality or other commercial buildings.

I am a garden designer based in Watton-At-Stone, a small village in rural Hertfordshire. My journey to garden design might seem winding, but looking back, it now seems to me that it was inevitable. As with many garden lovers, there is the enduring memory of Grandmas garden, my mothers love of gardening and my own love of the outdoors and deepening of this passion through an allotment. I grew up in a remote village in Kazakstan far away from a colour TV or many of the technologies of the 70s and 80s. Surrounded by mountains and steppe my earliest memory of my love of nature is being on my own listening to the sound of a stream and being surrounded by small yellow flowers that grew on the banks. I would often find myself climbing trees and hiding under the enormous leaves in my Grandmothers garden and exploring and immersing myself in the surrounding countryside. Moving to Germany was a big shock for my nine-year-old self, there were toys that I'd never seen before, more food than I'd believed could exist, and forest, meadows, hills each a luscious new shade of green. The hills were covered in heather, the meadows with dandelions and the lakes brought a stillness with a different kind of vastness to the skies of the steppe. All too soon it was time to make a sensible decision about the future, and I became a nurse, working in Germany, Switzerland and England, but my love of nature never went away, and surrounded by the gardens of England I realised that I couldn't hide from this passion any longer. I like gardens that fit into their surroundings and which, no matter how big or small, provide an almost sacred space for people to withdraw from everyday life and renew themselves as I did all those years ago surrounded by the yellow flowers of Kazakstan. Today, I am the mother to two wonderful girls and wife to a supportive husband. I graduated (with merit) from the respected Inchbald School of Design. I am a garden designer.

I create stylish outdoor spaces by offering a range of garden services. Based in St Albans, I work across Hertfordshire and Greater London. I'm a Garden Designer specialising in naturalistic planting design. Following an early career as a Fashion Designer, I revisited my life-long enthusiasm for gardening and graduated from Capel Manor College in 2014 with a diploma in Garden and Landscape Design. As an experienced gardener, plantswoman and designer I see the garden from all angles. I draw on a rich palette of perennials, shrubs and trees for my planting plans, personally supervising soil preparation as well as planting and offering an on-going maintenance service.

Business Description I design outdoor spaces, in London. Many of my clients have small gardens, which have to work hard, have high impact. I specialise in making the most of the available space. Low maintenance gardens are popular with my clients who have busy and demanding lives. I believe that good structure is key, with strong lines and sweeping curves, softened with abundant plants, illuminated by by garden lights for nighttime use.
I design gardens with sophisticated twists that reflect both the client, the surrounding landscape and complement the history and architecture around them. I don’t have a style of garden. I like to leave that to whatever my discoveries unearth as I start to work with you. We will look at the space from all angles, from upstairs as much as downstairs, from inside as well as out. I will understand how you like to dress your home, and artefacts that might define you and the space around you, from a holiday picture, to a piece of art you love. Any and all of this will inform the designs that I create, alongside your own ambitions and aspirations for the space you have. I create always create a design that errs on the side of practicality for maintenance purposes; after all who wants to spend all their time working in the garden. Considerate of the natural world I work hard to make green spaces good places in every sense of the word: good for flora and fauna, ethically sound materials and using local and skilled craftspeople to help conjure up our creations. Transforming your garden may feel like a big task, but give me a call and I’ll walk you through it in a way that not only makes it seem easier but that also fills you with a sense of excitement around what it will become.
I am an independent garden designer working in North London and surrounding areas. I redesign entire gardens but I can also redo a section of a garden, such as a border, or add to the existing planting plan. In addition I can arrange for a design by me or as 3rd party to be installed. I also do garden maintenance.
