“Love my garden makeover! Transformed a dull square laid to lawn plot into an oasis of calm. The combination of wildflowers, prairie planting, and year round interest continues to give me (and the local wildlife) pleasure. We asked the team to come back and redesign our front garden too. “We hired Nigel from Cityscapers to design and create a completely new large garden following extensive renovations to our suburban home. He worked closely with us to understand our tastes and what we wanted from the garden, paying attention not just to how it would look, but how we would use it and feel in it when completed. Nigel worked hard to reflect the interior and exterior architecture of the house, using flowing lines, slopes and levels to connect spaces and give structure and meaning to the result. He even incorporated a gurgling stream, with particular attention to the perfect selection and placement of rocks. Nigel also patiently went along with our desire to "own" the result by doing much of the planting ourselves, although I'm sure he'd have done a better job himself. The process has felt very "organic", too, with Nigel eschewing noisy and polluting tools where possible, making sure we started composting and encouraging us to get involved. The end result is a garden that's simply a delight to be in, and we're excited to see it mature and develop under Nigel's guidance. I highly recommend Cityscapers for their design vision and flair, their meticulous attention to detail and total fearlessness in the face of some backbreaking work.”

“I used Simpy Garden Design a few years ago to completely overhaul a very unloved large patio and surrounding borders. Katie is full of inspiration and ideas and created a beautiful area that has great atmosphere...something I would not have felt possible given how unpromising it was before. She is professional, reliable and really listens to what you want, there is no homogeneous, "one size fits all" approach with Katie! I can also say that the patio only gets better with age! Thank you Katie !”

“We were recommended Tom by a friend who had worked with him previously and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to further people. He has in fact already worked with a member of my staff! Tom knows his market well and is experienced and confident in leading his clients through the design / landscaping process. We started off our front garden being totally re-designed but because we were so pleased with Tom's work we went on to have our rear garden landscaped which we could not be more pleased with. Tom has a great eye and I really do highly recommend him!”

“Lucy and Ana have designed and created the most stunning garden for us and more important than the ‘wow’ we get from everyone who comes to the house is the fact that the garden really properly suits us and does everything we hoped it would. “We had a fantastic experience working with Jane Ashley. She was professional, transparent on pricing, truly collaborative, and really listened to what we were hoping to achieve. Our small urban garden has been transformed into a secluded, lush haven in a matter of weeks. We were beginners in the garden but Jane never made us feel patronised or out of our depth. Her enthusiasm was contagious and we really love our new garden!”

“Catherine did a great job from beginning to end. I needed to completely change the back and front gardens. She had great ideas on what would work and what would not, how to deliver the look I wanted and how to keep it within budget. I couldn't be more happy with the results. Both gardens look great - the neighbours have all commented on the front garden. She worked well with the builder who did the landscaping. She's also been happy to replace a plant that died and fix an irrigation pipe someone else broke. I cant believe how many plants I have. Given the money available for plants, I expected a small number of small plants, but the garden is full of lovely plants and it looks well established after only 3 months. Every few weeks some new plants come into flower so I think there is a good mix of plants to have flowers most of the year. I would happily recommend Catherine Rampton.”
