After an initial meeting , Victoria produced some really interesting concept designs. Her extensive plant knowledge, ideas and enthusiasm have helped us create an all round garden. “My greenhouse glass and polycarbonate arched sections were completely strafed by a freak hail storm we had in our area. Suntrap, via Dave Priestley, were the only ones to reply to my messages for a quote regarding the work needed to make good the damage. Upon surveying the damage I was given two options to choose from. Once I had made my choice Dave was in regular contact with me regarding the due date for the delivery of the materials on order and then a suitable date for completing the work. “We engaged Rory and Wyndham-Smith Bespoke Garden Design for a complete overhaul of our back garden. The garden was a blank canvass of grass and a peculiar raised deck… but an amazing outlook onto a neighbouring golf course. Rory was really attentive as we discussed how we wanted to use the garden, our preferred design style, colour palettes for hard landscaping, preferences and colour palettes for the planting, and special considerations like privacy and making the most of the views beyond onto the golf course. The presentation of the design was incredibly helpful, utilising software to produce a 3D model of the garden that allowed for fly-throughs and images from every conceivable angle. We implemented the design with no significant changes with our landscaper. Rory remained in contact throughout the 8 week project and was on-hand for any design questions. Really super happy with the result and we can’t believe the utilisation of the space, as it feels bigger than before. We have the perfect garden for us and it’s a real “wow” moment from the back of the house!”
