    “We engaged Rory and Wyndham-Smith Bespoke Garden Design for a complete overhaul of our back garden. The garden was a blank canvass of grass and a peculiar raised deck… but an amazing outlook onto a neighbouring golf course. Rory was really attentive as we discussed how we wanted to use the garden, our preferred design style, colour palettes for hard landscaping, preferences and colour palettes for the planting, and special considerations like privacy and making the most of the views beyond onto the golf course. The presentation of the design was incredibly helpful, utilising software to produce a 3D model of the garden that allowed for fly-throughs and images from every conceivable angle. We implemented the design with no significant changes with our landscaper. Rory remained in contact throughout the 8 week project and was on-hand for any design questions. Really super happy with the result and we can’t believe the utilisation of the space, as it feels bigger than before. We have the perfect garden for us and it’s a real “wow” moment from the back of the house!”

    “Sophie has a rare talent for taking a boring space an making it into something truly wonderful. My front garden, which was a rectangle of bare earth is now a tropical oasis with lush palms, ferns, colourful heucheras and swaying grasses. We often receive compliments from passers by and visitors and it is known in my street as “mini Kew Gardens”. We absolutely love what Sophie has designed for us and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wants to transform even then smallest garden space in to their own corner of paradise.”

    “Dominic Stone of Bottle Kiln Design first provided a garden design and install contract at my previous property Old Engine Farm, Ashover Derbyshire in the early 1980's. I moved to Derry House, Matlock in 1997. I again sought Dominic out to provide a complete garden design and install, first in the late 1990's and again a more recently to refresh the original scheme with new paving to rear areas and to pave the original tarmac drive plus to lay significant surface water drainage channels and pipes. The experience I have of Dominic and his company is beyond excellent in terms of design expertise, product knowledge, installation skill, prompt work scheduling and commitment to his customer. His pricing has always been in my view realistic. In terms of his personal integrity, from the considerable experience I have had over a prolonged period of time it is beyond question, one hundred percent reliable.”

    “My greenhouse glass and polycarbonate arched sections were completely strafed by a freak hail storm we had in our area. Suntrap, via Dave Priestley, were the only ones to reply to my messages for a quote regarding the work needed to make good the damage. Upon surveying the damage I was given two options to choose from. Once I had made my choice Dave was in regular contact with me regarding the due date for the delivery of the materials on order and then a suitable date for completing the work. Through adverse conditions Dave completed the job on October 31st and I am extremely pleased with the finished article and the professional dealings I have had with Suntrap. Highly recommended.”

    “We were bored with our square garden and had some ideas of how to make it more interesting but we needed someone to put them together in a coherent way. Sue more than lived up to our design expectations and was a great pleasure to work with. She listened well to our ideas and managed to incorporate all the features we wanted in a truly beautiful design. Now it is a really interesting garden with different views from different angles. There is a pleasure in walking round it via the new paths and it is lovely and green with a great structure I can build on over the years to come.     “Very professional, fabulous ideas, great concept drawings to help visualise, great to work with and a breadth and depth of knowledge to help achieve your dream garden. We needed a complete garden redesign, as it was old and overgrown. We met at a show, their work on display gave me confidence to book a consultation. After an inital discussion about what we liked/wanted to achieve, the designs were presented in 3 different ways, we decided to use a blend of 2 designs. The planting up was done in phases (our choice) the result is stunning! Just what we wanted, bee and wildlife friendly, with colour and interest throughout the year.”
