“We used LGD for several projects, not least the design and building of our garden. The design process was painless, with expert advice from their lead designer on hand almost whenever we needed her. The build was complicated due to access through the house and parking issues; however, the work was of the highest expected standards, and the project management allowed us to take a step back and let the team get on with the work. Both the landscape team and designers were engaged and polite throughout.”

“Fabulous! Deborah has just given me the vision and concept needed for my garden. We moved into our home 5 years ago, which came with basically a reclaimed field.... Although we have made small changes to our garden we have lacked the vision of how to change an undulated field into a garden. I contacted Deborah who turned around a fabulous design in two weeks to match the items I had asked for. This will be a project we take a few years to achieve, but can now see the overall plan. Very reasonable price and great service.”

“Last summer Emma helped us create a brand new garden; including a play area, new beds and lawn and a detailed planting plan. Our brief was for a family-friendly, low maintenance garden with year-round colour and interest, that also attracted bees and butterflies, and that’s exactly what Emma delivered. She also bought all the plants and materials, and created a maintenance plan to help us keep the garden looking great all year round. Having completed the planting at the end of last summer, it was so exciting and rewarding to see the garden come to life this spring, with so many interesting and beautiful plants. Now the garden has truly become an extension of our living space, and everyone who sees it comments on how stunning it looks. I would highly recommend Emma’s services, not only for her talent and expertise, but also because she is so personable and made the whole process a pleasure.”

“We knew our garden needed a revamp, and we wanted it to be “grown-up” but still welcoming, but had few preconceived ideas. Not being gardeners ourselves, we didn’t have any plant knowledge but knew the styles we did and didn’t like. Peter, through relaxed discussion and an exchange of images, of gardens and plants, somehow managed to gauge the sort of thing we were hoping for. We were genuinely excited by Peter’s design when we saw it on paper and it was a pleasure to see the reality appearing gradually as the work progressed. We now have a garden we love and can be proud of – relaxed and elegant at the same time. Almost a year on, we still smile every time we look out of the window. The garden has remained a wonderful focal point throughout the winter months, thanks to Peter's thoughtful planting, and with Spring not far off, we are looking forward to the bulbs Peter introduced us to putting in an appearance.”
