“We reached out to Lis Eriksson to completely redesign and re-landscape our 3.6 acre garden in West Sussex. Looking for somebody that could translate our vision for the grounds and the unique property that it houses. The existing garden felt very alien to the house in an English cottage garden style whilst our house is a mid century modern remodel. We gave her a large complex brief including building a terrace (300sqm in the end) including a space for dining and cooking, a sundeck, large seating area with a fire pit, a wood fired hot tub, herb garden and additional gardens connecting the adjoining annex space of the house. Alongside 2 x 100sqm plus borders, planting 60 specimen trees an extended meadow and a nuttery. Not only did Lis produce beautiful visuals alongside her master and planting plans, but also helped us source materials, furniture etc. during covid. Managing numerous supply issues, still able to get each phase of the project completed with her flexible approach, attention to detail and in-depth design and architecture know how. All whilst providing a professional service and clear communication throughout. We are just about to embark on adding a pool to the garden which we now very much enjoy and look forward to working with Lis again.”

“Laura Antiss has been and continues to be a pleasure to work with as a creative designer for my garden project . She has helped me crystal my bucket list into a workable design providing working drawings for the Landscape contractors including construction,electrical,irrigation and planting elements. She is hugely personable, flexible , full of common sense, very practical with great design flair and mindful of cost implications. A total find as she worked with Alan Titchmarsh on his last series of Love Your Garden and is great value for money given her vast experience . Do not hesitate to make contact with her !!”

“Abel Landscaping and Darren have made a First Class job of my Driveway, Patio and Artificial Grass to a very high standard. This was all done while I was away on holiday, I was kept informed of all progress on a daily basis with pictures sent to my Mobile phone. That's what I call going the extra mile. I had some additional work done and was kept fully informed of any additional costs as when this happened. Thomas who installed my Driveway, Patio and Grass is one of the best Ground workers I have come across, with so much knowledge and great recommendations.”

“Kristina created a beautiful garden from the more or less bare field that came with our house. It was a really awkward L-shape with an unsightly view of the nextdoor outbuilding and Kristina managed to create a garden of three compartments which made sense of the space, with a pleached hornbeam hedge to screen the view. Kristina listened to all our requirments and delivered a stunning colourful flower garden with a pergola of our choice as a centrepiece, which gives us joy all the year round. She helped us monitor the progress of the hard landscaping contractors, prepared the beds and planted up the garden to the highest standard all within a short timescale. We have shown our garden for the last two years for the National Gardens Scheme and always receive wonderful comments about it. Kristina continues to oversee our garden and its ongoing development.”

“Just over a year ago we moved into this lovely old house 400 metres from the sea with 2 completely shingle spaces as front and back gardens! Fine for tenants, low maintenance but barren. Thank goodness we found Janette of Cornus Garden Design - she turned our blank canvas into 2 tranquil and beautiful spaces making use of the existing shingle. We had no side access but Janette solved this problem by putting us in touch with a company that laid walkways in Marinas and Industrial Plants. Once our retaining wall was strengthened the surface was covered with the non-slip grill which is perfect and sits well with this house. Her whole design and planting scheme is sympathetic to the surroundings and our suggestions and we couldn't be more thrilled with the result. The use of low planting in the beds with taller planting at the edges and the beautiful water feature and lighting add interest and depth to the design. The hard landscaping was inspired. We would highly recommend Janette and her and innovative ideas - a big THANK YOU . . . .”
