“We hired Nigel from Cityscapers to design and create a completely new large garden following extensive renovations to our suburban home. He worked closely with us to understand our tastes and what we wanted from the garden, paying attention not just to how it would look, but how we would use it and feel in it when completed. Nigel worked hard to reflect the interior and exterior architecture of the house, using flowing lines, slopes and levels to connect spaces and give structure and meaning to the result. He even incorporated a gurgling stream, with particular attention to the perfect selection and placement of rocks. Nigel also patiently went along with our desire to "own" the result by doing much of the planting ourselves, although I'm sure he'd have done a better job himself. The process has felt very "organic", too, with Nigel eschewing noisy and polluting tools where possible, making sure we started composting and encouraging us to get involved. The end result is a garden that's simply a delight to be in, and we're excited to see it mature and develop under Nigel's guidance. I highly recommend Cityscapers for their design vision and flair, their meticulous attention to detail and total fearlessness in the face of some backbreaking work.”

Our small urban garden has been transformed into a secluded, lush haven in a matter of weeks. We were beginners in the garden but Jane never made us feel patronised or out of our depth. Theo came up with the initial design and adjusted where needed and was very knowledgeable with current trends and themes that are representative of the current markets. He created the layout and plantage of the garden which was a complete makeover and transformation. Ethan is incredibly talented at putting the whole piece together and paid attention to the finer details which ultimately ended up creating a masterpiece for my family. “Catherine did a great job from beginning to end. I needed to completely change the back and front gardens. She had great ideas on what would work and what would not, how to deliver the look I wanted and how to keep it within budget. I couldn't be more happy with the results. Both gardens look great - the neighbours have all commented on the front garden. She worked well with the builder who did the landscaping. She's also been happy to replace a plant that died and fix an irrigation pipe someone else broke. I cant believe how many plants I have. Given the money available for plants, I expected a small number of small plants, but the garden is full of lovely plants and it looks well established after only 3 months. Every few weeks some new plants come into flower so I think there is a good mix of plants to have flowers most of the year. I would happily recommend Catherine Rampton.”

“Excellent! Two craftsmen who were able to lay a chevron designed patio selecting the colour of the bricks to tone with the cedar cladding of my newly built garden studio. A much more complex task than I had appreciated requiring their expertise to produce an excellent end result. Their time keeping and work ethic was exemplary. Very courteous and obliging. It was such a joy to work with these craftsmen and their manager from start to finish. The end result is superb. I am truly thrilled. I hearty recommend using this company should anyone consider creating a option in brick material. Thank you !”

“Mark came to work on my garden in December 2015 on the recommendation of a good friend. I was looking for someone who could turn my vision into reality and work closely with me and provide me with the benefit of experience with hard landscaping (something I knew very little about). From the very start, Mark was enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, and he gave me great advice. He was realistic about what I could do, and brought the project in on budget, and on time. The garden was completely made over, he put in lots of hard landscaping, a large lawn, five large trees and several borders for me to plant. In addition to this, he and his team were always considerate and polite, often working in the wet and cold, and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the results. I'm thrilled, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his team to anyone looking for professional landscaping services.”

“18 months ago I wanted to change part of my garden which had become overgrown. I decided to contact a young company for ideas , and Stathis suggested that he create a Woodland garden. We discussed a variety of bulbs , ferns , scrubs, and plants that would be appropriate together with a layout. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and I consider it excellent value.”
