“We knew our garden needed a revamp, and we wanted it to be “grown-up” but still welcoming, but had few preconceived ideas. Not being gardeners ourselves, we didn’t have any plant knowledge but knew the styles we did and didn’t like. Peter, through relaxed discussion and an exchange of images, of gardens and plants, somehow managed to gauge the sort of thing we were hoping for. We were genuinely excited by Peter’s design when we saw it on paper and it was a pleasure to see the reality appearing gradually as the work progressed. We now have a garden we love and can be proud of – relaxed and elegant at the same time. Almost a year on, we still smile every time we look out of the window. The garden has remained a wonderful focal point throughout the winter months, thanks to Peter's thoughtful planting, and with Spring not far off, we are looking forward to the bulbs Peter introduced us to putting in an appearance.”

“I hired WH to landscape our garden, which involved removing grass and relaying new lawn, extending flower beds. planting new trees and shrubs; and to modify the front area of the house to create more parking space. WH proved to be very reliable, always advising me ahead of time in case of schedule issue; they work with extra care to minimise the inconvenience and the results are better than expected when I decided the project. I will use them again.”

“18 months ago I wanted to change part of my garden which had become overgrown. I decided to contact a young company for ideas , and Stathis suggested that he create a Woodland garden. We discussed a variety of bulbs , ferns , scrubs, and plants that would be appropriate together with a layout. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and I consider it excellent value.”

“PC Landscapes have been amazing dealing with our garden. We have undertaken a huge project with approximately 3 acres of land that needs absolutely everything. PC landscapes have listen to our needs and have been able to design the garden to not only respect and compliment the architecture of our home but also they have taken into account that we have no knowledge of gardening and therefore they have simplified the process. “Love my garden makeover! Transformed a dull square laid to lawn plot into an oasis of calm. “Fabulous! Deborah has just given me the vision and concept needed for my garden. We moved into our home 5 years ago, which came with basically a reclaimed field.... Although we have made small changes to our garden we have lacked the vision of how to change an undulated field into a garden. I contacted Deborah who turned around a fabulous design in two weeks to match the items I had asked for. This will be a project we take a few years to achieve, but can now see the overall plan. Very reasonable price and great service.”

“We hired Nigel from Cityscapers to design and create a completely new large garden following extensive renovations to our suburban home. He worked closely with us to understand our tastes and what we wanted from the garden, paying attention not just to how it would look, but how we would use it and feel in it when completed. Nigel worked hard to reflect the interior and exterior architecture of the house, using flowing lines, slopes and levels to connect spaces and give structure and meaning to the result. He even incorporated a gurgling stream, with particular attention to the perfect selection and placement of rocks. Nigel also patiently went along with our desire to "own" the result by doing much of the planting ourselves, although I'm sure he'd have done a better job himself. The process has felt very "organic", too, with Nigel eschewing noisy and polluting tools where possible, making sure we started composting and encouraging us to get involved. The end result is a garden that's simply a delight to be in, and we're excited to see it mature and develop under Nigel's guidance. I highly recommend Cityscapers for their design vision and flair, their meticulous attention to detail and total fearlessness in the face of some backbreaking work.”
