About Us

Hello, I am Colin Knapman and I am passionate about creating beautiful gardens. I look upon well designed gardens as not only giving a huge amount of pleasure but also as an investment and adding value to your property. However knowing where to start with a garden makeover is often the hardest part but once you have a full set of drawings, specifications and costs you can proceed at your own pace.

Services Provided

I offer a complete design,build and planting service starting with a free initial site visit through to completed garden. The services include site survey and analysis; concept designs with CAD plans and 3D hand drawn colour visuals. A full hard landscape material specification list with cost breakdowns. Detailed planting plans and maintenance schedules. I project manage all work carried out until completion followed up with a 6 monthly return review. I only work with the best and most reliable hard landscaping contractors who never let me down. I have access to many local specialist nurseries so can always obtain fabulous plants at the best prices

Areas Served

The whole of the New Forest and surrounding towns including Bournemouth, Salisbury, Southampton and East Dorset

Colin is creative, innovative and inspirational whilst maintaining a practical and easy to maintain style of garden for everyone to appreciate and enjoy. He was given a brief to redesign our memory garden at school on the tiniest of budgets, and he created a peaceful and tranquil outside space to just be; and that's no mean feat in a large secondary school! On behalf of all those students that have needed that space, I thank you.

We decided to stay in our family house after the kids had gone but we wanted to take better use of the garden which had become unmanageable and slightly disconnected from the house. We have worked with Colin over a twelve month period to really turn the house and garden around. it is now a real added value to the house. Also very pleased with the way Colin was prepared to listen to our thoughts and even when they were directly opposite to his thoughts always came up with the happy compromise.
