Earth Designs Garden and Build London and Essex

I used Earth designs to help with the concept stage of my garden design and had an online consultation. Katrina responded very promptly to all emails and her design ideas were really helpful. I was impressed at what she came up with in such a short space of time.

After initially being a little hesitant about having a garden consultation over Zoom due to Covid-19 restrictions, my wife and I came away from the session feeling uplifted and very excited about the lovely design Katrina created for our space. The whole process was extremely pleasant, personable and professional. Katrina had a good understanding of our garden space from photos and videos sent by us and by doing her own research. Katrina is extremely knowledgeable around all aspects of garden design and we are really looking forward to the design stage where Matt will visit our garden for a site survey. We thoroughly recommend Earth Designs to anyone considering a garden makeover.

Having seen previous design work and read clients' reviews we knew Kat was good at what she does but it wasn't until we met her that we realised just how good she is! We thoroughly enjoyed our first consultation with Kat, it was refreshing to talk to someone who was so generous with their ideas and suggestions. Kat asked a number of pertinent questions that allowed her to quickly understand what we needed and the pros and cons of our garden plot. She then suggested a design that makes the most of the positive elements of our garden and also addresses the cons whilst remaining cognisant of our budget. We wanted something abit different and Kat delivered. We are very much looking forward to moving through the design process with her. A very talented, down to earth lady who truly knows her stuff. Would highly recommend!

I completed a design consultation with Katrina to help reimagine our small, overlooked courtyard garden. I really enjoyed the session and it did exactly what I wanted -gave me lots of ideas and really helped me reimagine the space. I feel excited about the garden again! Katrina was quick to respond, great at generating ideas and at working to different budget constraints. Would really recommend Earth Designs and their team for helping you reimagine your own garden.

With the hell of an ideas board, a short filmed walkthrough of the existing garden and a zoom consultation Katrina was able to draw up an initial garden plan that has left me enthused and excited about what we could do with the space. Some easy questions from Katrina also helped us rethink what we did want from the garden and make the most of what attributes it already has.

I’ve been keen to update my garden for some time and engaged Earth Designs for some ideas. Katrina was fantastic. I’ve had an initial discussion and a drawing provided. Despite reading many magazines and thinking i had some good ideas I would never have been able to create what Katrina designed. Our session lasted over an hour and Katrina listened to all my ideas and guided me making suggestions and working to my budget. Katrina has such an amazing vision and vast experience. I feel very lucky to have met her and gained the benefit of her talent. I’m excited now to see how the drawings move forward to the contemporary remodel of my garden.

Kat and her team are so easy and professional to work with. Kat listens carefully to your ideas and creates a design that really reflects your individual needs and wants. She managed to find creative solutions to practical problems, like storage, without compromising on the overall look of the garden. Then Matt and his landscaping team brought her design to life. I can’t fault the quality of their work or experience of having them around. They were polite and hard working, solving any issues quickly and without stress - and the end result is stunning.

Katrina and Matt transformed our lovely but well-worn garden into an urban oasis. While there were a few hiccups along the way (issues with a contractor who sabotaged our paving stones over a pay dispute), the team were hard-working and ensured the project was completed at high standards. I especially appreciated Katrina's initial advice, as I had initially contacted them purely about installing pleaching trees and a possible home office idea. Instead she encouraged me to look beyond that idea and fundamentally rethink the garden itself.
