The target market as a result of the diverse range of specialist services is large and can be segmented into the following categories: Homeowners, developers, Architects/ Engineers, planning consultants, bulk housing developers, government agencies and authorities, statutory bodies, Schools, community groups, charities and contractors/ builders. Hadean-Creation utilises the experience of the principals and staff to deliver external space re-interpretation that exceeds client expectations through a combination of utilizing and maximising the qualities of the site, a dynamic approach to design that provides a flexible adaptive responsive external environment that will be enjoyed and appreciated not just visited. The key business driver is to deliver, through site responsive adaptive design and responsive material selection, a sustainable approach to design that reflects/ compliments and utilises the local character and vernacular.
