I am a garden and landscape designer with over 25 years’ experience helping people create outdoor spaces across the East Midlands and Nationwide that feel personal, functional, and long-lasting. I’m not running a landscaping company, I don’t ‘build your patio’, I don’t sell features, packages or pre-set styles. What I offer is the most important part of your outdoor project - design, led by listening, rooted in real life, and shaped by what matters most to you. Whether I’m working on a small family garden or a public site with layers of complexity, my approach is the same: thoughtful, collaborative, structured, and think-out-of-the-box creative. Most clients come to me because they feel stuck. They come because something isn’t working, they’ve outgrown their space. The house is done, but the garden’s still a patch of stress. Or the builders have “had a go” at it… and it shows. What they need isn’t another quote. It’s a conversation. Someone to help them step back, see clearly, and design a space that makes sense. They want to make a difference, but they don’t know where to start or what to do for the best. That’s where I come in. I design gardens that feel personal, purposeful, and easy to live with, not just easy on the eye. Working with me is steady and structured. You’ll get a clear process, honest advice, and someone who genuinely wants to help you get it right, whether that’s a small domestic garden, a commercial courtyard, or a layered, collaborative public space.
