“We selected Decorbuddi on Houzz after researching various companies and started with an initial consultation back in 2022 before we moved home. We met Laura who was very professional and understanding of our situation and requirements. We were moving to a new build so things were delayed but Laura stayed in touch and kept checking in until we finally moved in Jan 2024. Laura has been instrumental in helping us plan and execute everything from day 1. We had many ideas but were not organized and were in a rush but Laura helped us prioritize rooms, take things step by step to ensure everything fit in harmoniously. Our house being a new build came with limitations on what we could add or build on top of it, Laura really helped in choosing the right furniture in the right spaces. She chose designs and furniture that was space and storage efficient. What we really like is the flexibility to chose different levels of interior design support. We used Laura for the end-to-end design for the ground floor and high-level design for other floors. We could supplement this with additional time to help us with specific queries and issues for example color themes for our office rooms and placement of furniture. Laura has an incredible eye for detail and understood our tastes to recommend great options for us to select. She also gave us great perspective and advice when we were inclined to select something which looked good individually but would have not worked with the overall theme. We also like the option of using Decorbuddi’s trade accounts while buying furniture. This not only helps with discounts but when there were delays in our sofa delivery from the manufacturer, Decorbuddi helped organise a temporary new sofa from them while we waited for delivery. They were also very good in helping organize returns for some items which did not work out as planned and sorted out replacements. Laura has been incredibly patient throughout this journey and she often helped in our decision-making process as sometimes we struggled in making the right choice. We have enjoyed working with Laura.
