Oak Tree Landscapes was established in 2000
Established in 2000, Oak Tree Landscapes have been creating wonderful outdoor spaces for over 20 years. Specialists in both modern and traditional landscape design and management & maintenance for residential country properties. Ryan and the dedicated team at Oak Tree are highly experienced at managing complex projects, from small gardens to large landscape designs. They approach every project with enthusiasm and attention to detail, ensuring that your outdoor space is as unique as you are. Oak Tree Landscapes pride themselves on their knowledge based work and specialist horticultural skill. Providing and horticulture advice and expert pruning tips as well as offering coaching for current grounds people in specialist garden maintenance. Having studied graphic design before starting his career as a gardener, Ryan is artistic and innovative in his garden creations, going on to gain a Diploma (with Distinction) in Garden Design. He blends that with extensive horticulture and chainsaw experience and is highly skilled at creating planting schemes for beauty and interest throughout the year. Typical work ranges from one off projects to regular garden maintenance. The objective is always a garden that is harmonious and tailor made to the personality and aspirations of each individual client.

We have recently completed a major reconstruction of our garden. Before we started, we asked Ryan to come and look at the site and advise us as to which trees we should remove, and then asked him to create a planting plan for us. His inspiration and vision has made the garden come alive, and we are delighted with the trees, shrubs and perennials he has placed to stunning effect. The garden is largely on a slope, and we look up from the house at a beautifully balanced variety of autumn colours and shapes. We look forward to seeing it all develop and grow, with his team helping us to look after it. We highly recommend Oak Tree Landscapes.

Ryan and his team, Geoff, Mark and Sam, have done an excellent job in our front and back garden. They work hard and are very professional in what they are doing. No job is to big are complicated for them. I will definitely recommend them.

Ryan and his team have maintained our garden expertly since March 2017 Ryan has reviewed and replanned tired areas with splendid effect and given us well thought through ideas and excellent advice, also supplying required plants, mulch and treatments. Ryan and his team have helped us with a number of projects. Last spring they helped transform a very dry and uninspiring border into a beautifully planted bed, listening carefully to what we wanted to achieve in terms of shape, colour, practicality and year round interest. Then last autumn they landscaped our front garden including planting a long yew hedge, and they also sowed a wildflower bed on an area that had very poor soil. I found it particularly helpful to be given a list of plants to choose from, which also allowed us to make changes where needed to fit with our budget. On site, Ryan and the other gardeners are polite and leave everything tidy. I am delighted with the work and I hope to engage them again in the future.

Having recently moved into my new house I have used Oak Tree Landscapes to help get my garden back into shape. Their service goes beyond maintenance, their knowledge on design, plants as well as landscaping is excellent and I have found them very easy and efficient to work with. I can highly recommend.

We’ve completed major replanting works before and ended up disappointed. With Ryan and his team we instantly felt differently and the results have been amazing. The quality of work they achieve is excellent, completed efficiently and with care and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them for both hard and soft landscaping.

They always go the extra mile and have helped not only in maintaining our garden but have helped redesign and dramatically improve borders , driveway hedging and tree lines too. From very small queries and changes to more drastic redesign they will always have suggestions and creative ideas. The team are very tidy, courteous and a pleasure to have around. I have gone on to recommend their services to many and will continue to do so in the future. Our garden would not be the same without them and I have learnt a lot about our plants and garden through the work we have done with them over these years.

Ryan and his crew at Oak Tree Landscapes has been with us for more than 15 years. He has designed and maintained our garden to the highest standards. He put in an acre of wildflower meadow with small trees and shrubs. Our boarders and lawn are always beautifully maintained.
