Tamara Bridge Garden Designs

Very pleased with Tamara’s professional approach and her understanding of our aspirations for our garden design. Knowledgeable, resourceful, imaginative, approachable and a bit of a mind-reader !

I first met Tamara in November 2018. I cannot recommend her more highly. Her brief was to redesign a large border to reduce the maintenance. I very much wanted her ideas. The most wonderful thing about Tamara was that she totally understood what I was wanting to achieve. I wanted flowers and lots of colour and less work. My friends had suggested removing the border and seeing with lawn seed. She drew a plan and early in 2019 I removed everything from the border and then Tamara spent a day replanting with my help. Within a few months we had a new border full of colour. I have spent so much less time working in it in the last ten months. I’m thrilled. Tamara charged £600.00 plus VAT, this was for a site visit, drawing up plans, exchanges of emails, a day on site to plant and a further visit three months later to check. Plants were extra. One small hornbeam needed replacing, this was done FOC. We then asked Tamara to do the same with another large border. She suggested splitting it into 3 smaller borders with paving in between. We did this in November 2019 and we are thrilled with the results and I’m very excited as to how it will be in another 3 months time. We have also asked Tamara to do a third project for us later this year. I shall very much look forward to this. I’m so lucky to have met Tamara and used her services .

We are over the moon with our beautiful garden. Tamara took on a scrap of land around a newly built house and designed and planted an idilic garden which blends beautifully with the surrounding landscape. The garden looks fully established even though in reality it has only been there a few months. Tamara has been more than willing to give us ongoing advice and help where needed. We can not recommend Tamara highly enough. Working with her was one of the high spots in building our new home.
