“We worked with Landscape East and West on a complete backyard remodel this past year. Our designer was Christin and we are very pleased with the final result. Christin did a great job finding out what our goals for our landscape were and collaboratively designing a covered and open patio area as well as green space. We have yet to see the full effect of the new plantings, but love the plants with winter interest that were suggested. We have also greatly appreciated Christin's responsiveness to questions and finalizing the project and the hard work of the team that did the implementation, who worked late several times to ensure that the project moved along. “I am super impressed with Champion Lighting, in every step of the process. Kyle came out to look at my landscaping and existing lighting that was getting old and needed an upgrade. We discussed options, and I was really impressed I didn't get a hard sell on buying a whole new system and that he was able to work around what I already had. The quote process was seamless. I confirmed the quote and Kyle quickly got me on the calendar within 3-4 weeks (pretty good in the current environment). Just this past Monday, Kyle arrived with his team and knocked the project out of the park. I was super impressed Kyle not only came out for the quote, but also did the install! I thought that was superior service! Their install program is also super agile that you can add more lighting over time. I am super happy with the results from both a service perspective as well as quality. I highly recommend Champion Outdoor Lighting if you are in the market...your house and yard will look spectacular!”

“After months of planning we lost our contractor weeks prior to renovating our kitchen and main living space. We had appliances and cabinetry purchased with set delivery dates and were in a panic - walls needed to move and beams needed to go up. Fractal Renovations was recommended as a local company by Houzz. Blake responded to our Houzz inquiry within 1 business day, and was on site reviewing our project within the week. We were impressed at his willingness to the take time to listen to us and comprehend the scope of our project. He was attentive to all our communication both call, text, email throughout our project. Fractal's team of craftsmen were kind and easy to work with. With any old home once you open walls there are hurdles and challenges to work through. We felt that Fractal kept us in the loop, and guided us through our renovation with their expert opinions to help create a complete transformation of our space. Attached are pictures of previous kitchen and completed project. In 14 weeks Fractal completed all demolition, installed a 22 foot beam to span the room (allowing us to remove 3 walls), added a window and exterior door, adjusted/shifted 4 interior door ways, managed all plumbing and electrical, completed all drywall work, painted all interior walls, placed new baseboard throughout the house, and received and assisted with install of appliances. We highly recommend working with Blake and his team.”
