“I have used Solicito and Son Landscape Contracting for several landscaping projects. Most recently for a new construction home. Joe and his team did everything from my circular driveway, pillars, and Belgium block to a beautiful, well designed blue stone patio and outdoor fireplace. They constructed an outdoor kitchen with built in appliances. They also planted dozens of trees, hundreds of plants and bushes, mulch, grass, and topsoil. We get compliments from every family member, friend, or neighbor that sees it. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the service. Joe's crew was there on time, in uniform and very respectful of our living conditions during construction. The foreman and his crew were experienced, unbelievably hard working, and polite. They would leave the site every night in a clean and safe condition. They stayed on schedule and competed the job on time. Joe is very meticulous and will back up his work. If something wasn't done to his standards, he would do it over again until it was perfect. Prior to hiring him, we looked at several other homes that he worked on with every job as well done as the last. Building a home was very stressful but Solicito and Son Landscape Contracting was a pleasure to work with and took the stress away from the areas that he worked on. “Michael L. Naclerio, Inc. has taken care of my yard better than any landscape contractor I've ever used! I've recommended the company to my friends, and they were absolutely thrilled with the results. Aside from providing excellent, professional service, and being extremely knowledgeable, owner Mike Naclerio is incredibly nice and honest. We put together a plan for improving my yard a little at a time and within my budget. He will be taking care of my drainage issues, building a new stone patio, improving the front lawn and even repaving my driveway! Since he is a general contractor, Mike can provide the proper solutions to fix any drainage issues and other problems that can affect a home. “I represent a 414 unit condominium property having a fair amount of lawn and garden area for an urban location. We interviewed several Landscapers and the Board awarded the contract to Manzer's for their skills and expertise and experience with large properties. In one year they have made a major impact on the landscape, with plans for development of the plantings over the next two years. Chappy is easy to work with and all of the office staff and workers are professional, on time and on schedule. They are very responsive and handle special requests promptly. We are so pleased the Board contracted with Manzer's to renovate a garden seating area of approximately 500 square feet. The project involved excavation of old bluestone, salvaging what could be reused, leveling, waterproofing, reinstalling stone, pavers and belgian block borders, benches, game tables, lighting, irrigation and new plantings. The major work is completed with the irrigation and plantings to be completed in the spring. We were glad Tom was the foreman on the job - he is highly knowledgeable with an old school work ethic. We recommend you try Manzer's Landscape and Design. Our property is located on Central Park West in Manhattan.”
