Jacques de Bruyn is very unprofessional and unethical. He did not do the job agreed in early September supposed to be completed by 25/09. Different dates were arranged for him to come but he never turned up and never advised he was not coming. Haven't received my deposit back although on various occasions he told me he had paid this but that's not true. Unable to contact him as he blocked my phone and now even one of his email address jacques@jglandscaping.co.uk -have asked him many times to contact me to sort this out but unsuccessful. He removed my review and other people reviews from ratedpeople instead of trying sorting this. he told me he will pay the deposit back but never did. He blocked my phone from calling him and he is not replying to my sms.

Have used J&G and found them to be prompt, efficient and reliable , have no hesitation in recomending them , and in fact have booked them for another job ( Garden landscaping ) which they are starting shortly
