Sandifords Landscaping

I engaged Sandifords to carry out a total redesign of my garden earlier this year. Initially I was very happy with Matt and Tom's work and found them to be friendly and keen to do a good job. However, there was then a major problem with the patio grout. After discussing the colour we had agreed that a mid/dark grey would work well. Initially it looked fantastic but after a few days the colour changed from grey to white. I was extremely disappointed but pleased when Matt said that the problem could easily be remedied by painting the grout. They left to do another job and promised to be back with a few days. We exchanged a few texts and Matt told me in the first week of July that they would be with me within a few days. That is the last I have heard from them, despite having sent several messages and an email, all of them constructive and polite. The upshot is that I have paid £10,000 for a project that I am deeply disappointed with. Even worse, I feel that I have been treated with contempt. Early on in the project I would have recommended Matt and Tom wholeheartedly; now I am absolutely appalled at the way they have behaved.
