“Your review left March 2018 We had our bathroom completely redesigned. We had the bath removed and a beautiful walk in shower installed. Robs workmanship is to a very high standard and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Helen gave us great ideas on design that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. We absolutely love our new bathroom and we are amazed by it every day.”

“Cameron's team at London Alcove fitted built-in cupboards either side of the chimney breast in our living room. Not only were they a delight to work with, but the units have transformed the room. They gave me excellent guidance as to what sort of colour and style would work best (the opposite of what I had in mind), and the job was finished to a high standard with impressive attention to detail. If they noticed something wasn't quite right, that I couldn't even see, they took it back to the workshop and replaced it. Although this added a couple of weeks to the project it was no inconvenience and I knew it meant I was getting the best product. There were no hidden expenses and the team were very reliable, pleasant and never left a mess. I would use them again without a doubt.”

“When does something as practical as a bit of storage evolve not just into a piece of furniture but into our very own unique work of art. This was the process we went through with Jake. The amount of time and care he took in ensuring everything was spot on was admirable. It took a while to appreciate that it wasn’t just about building something practical but that it was to be “designed” and this is where Jake really excelled. If I’m honest, we were slightly overwhelmed by the options but in the end we left a number of decisions up to him to make in the knowledge that we knew it would look fantastic. From a brushed steel finger gap around the cupboard doors to staining the oak worktops with the same oil as our oak floor, the end result is striking whilst thankfully being as practical as we need it!”

He listens to his customer's wishes and ideas and works quickly and thoroughly, delivering the final product to a very high standard. We've really enjoyed getting to know him too, a lovely chap!”

“This company was employed to build an alcove tv and book unit which included cupboards and book shelves and lighting - it was constructed in ply and stained to match surrounding wood work. So impressed we asked them to build a second alcove unit that was curved and had glass shelves and custom made glass doors plus internal lighting. If anyone is in doubt about the craftsmanship and attention to detail please let me know as I strongly recommend Alcove Carpentry - I cannot praise them enough.”
