“PARZ Designs is absolutely top-notch! They built a closet beneath our stairwell, which turned out beautifully. They painted two floors of our house and it looks great. And then, they remodeled our kitchen, which looks gorgeous! We have a small kitchen in a 100-year-old house, and they came up with ideas to add storage space that we couldn't have imagined before! We could not have had a better experience -- and we're already talking with them about a bathroom remodel for next year! They are professional, courteous, smart, extremely capable -- AWESOME!!! They set the price and stay on budget, but they are flexible if things change and you decide you want something a little different. As they work, they offer pertinent suggestions that enhance the project, and offer you vision and specifics on how to proceed. We couldn't be happier with the projects they've completed for us, and look forward to working with them in the future!”

“I would highly recommend this contractor for remodeling. We've hired him for several projects, such as creating a new bathroom, and complete remodeling of outdated bathrooms. He has also been able to rebuild walls and ceilings in our old home. He is very knowledgeable and has a great work ethic. “Dana is a master carpenter whom we have hired several times for jobs in our home. He has built lattice surrounds for our deck, built-ins in our master BR and living room and, most recently, served as the general contractor for a master bathroom gut and redo. Dana is a perfectionist so you know you will be getting the best work he can provide. He has many contacts from being in this business for a long time. He is a genuinely nice guy, honest and straight forward. His carpentry work is amazing and he is always in pursuit of a way to be environmentally conservative and historically accurate. “Kiwi Custom Carpentry worked with us to design and install our new kitchen. We had never taken on a project like this before, so we truly were at the mercy of Mr. Wood and his designer. The entire job was completed quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Blending of different cabinet finishes were beautiful and fully complemented each other. The wine bar is a true focal point as is the island with glass range hood. A number of the cabinets contained unique features we had never seen before and just love! Everyone agrees that tearing out your kitchen is always a nightmare. We can honestly say that our experience could not have been better. If you want a good job done, go to an experienced company and to an expert who loves what he does. Our kitchen is a dream come true. Thank you for the opportunity to share our experience with others.”

“Steve Pulford renovated a bathroom and basement room for us. He does lovely, quality work all around and especially with tiling. He also finds solutions to difficult construction problems that you might have. He totally redid walls for us when we found rotted beams and fixed problems with cast iron pipes inside of the walls. We trust him to do things the right way and not push to do more than we want. He really is a quality craftsman, and his prices are very reasonable. He will be the first person I will call from now on.”
