“We were recommended New Space by a friend and they were brilliant from start to finish. We wanted another bedroom for our youngest daughter and with limited space around the house we didn't know how we could do it without moving. New Space suggested we converted our loft and came up with an incredible design which allowed us to have a new bedroom and en-suite in the loft. They made the process so simple, as well as fun and their drawings were so clear and detailed the builder was really happy.”

“Mike Bacon turn a rather horrible house in a beautiful setting into a really lovely house. The whole house was refurbished. Mike turned it upside down and reconfigured it so that it completely met the requirements of our family. This was not an easy task and he came up with ingenious solutions for several things such as how to move a staircase into the right place to make the whole house work. We now have a fabulous home with a 27 foot lounge looking over the sea, and a kitchen diner that can sit 12 round the table and still not feel crowded. Mike was very good at working with us to deliver what we wanted - but also to make it really special. These were his ideas! And he dealt brilliantly with Parish Council and planning issues. Advised us on what was possible and this saved us a lot of time and money not trying to achieve what would have been unacceptable to the planners. He also sorted out the dangerous and multilevel garden. Now safe and easy to use and enjoy. We love our home, it is special and the whole family continues to love using it. It just works for us!”

“Jonathan Braddick was hired by the client to design a block of eleven luxury apartments for construction by the sea in Exmouth. He produced a design that was innovative and specific to client requirements. Whilst providing the brief for eleven apartments, the completed building very cleverly seems to resemble the original large Edwardian building that was replaced so as to blend with the area and not to give the appearance of an overpowering block of flats. A traditional external feel has been achieved, incorporating modern internal features, thus creating a certain "wow" factor without a "wow" cost ! Jonathan was found by the client to also have a very high degree of "in depth" knowledge in the contractual side of the construction industry, and his professional approach, attention to detail, reliability and competent way of dealing with the development provides the certain ability to be able to recommend his services to others.
