The initial project only consisted of the construction of a kitchen extension but due to us being very happy with the work being delivered we then asked Fenlake Construction to carry out the kitchen fit-out as well. Rob and his team were punctual and attended Site everyday. Rob's team was very friendly and stuck to all their commitments. Rob, project managed the whole project from start to finish and managed to resolve all unforeseen problems throughout the whole process with minimal time and cost impact. All other trades such as plumbing, electrics and plastering etc. were manged effectively with minimal disruption to our day to day activities in the house. “I have used Robert on a number of occasions, in this case it was for the removal of a chimney breast. Robert is well presented, polite, professional and does a good job. He can handle difficult situations (in this case we we had a structural support issue requiring engineering after the start) and does so without the need to complain or charge a fortune for additional works. When minor issues arise after the works have been complete I have never had a problem with him coming back to address them. Frankly given some of the terrible experiences I have had with builders, I have not hesitation recommending Robert as a competent and reputable builder.”
