“I would definitely recommend Katie and her services for your project. We undertook a six month project remodelling our home and the lighting concepts and wiring requirements within that were complicated and daunting. Katie guided us through the design ideas, choice of fittings and drew up diagrams for the builders and electricians to work from. She took over the ordering of the fittings and accessories and ensured all items were on site in good time. changes and additions were resolved promptly. She worked closely with our electricians. Katie smoothed out the whole process for us which was a huge help as there were very many decisions involved. She was helpful and made herself available whenever we needed her. Her lighting ideas and suggestions were very successful. We would have no hesitation in recommending her.”

“We gave BrownHen a challenging brief when we needed them to complete work that had been started by another company. They needed to understand a half-built and undocumented system that used hardware which would not have been their first choice. They rose to that challenge and completed the whole-house lighting and audio installations. They also kitted out a cinema and integrated all the systems, including security, using a Control4 hub. Everything is now meticulously labelled and the job has been completed very tidily. There have been a few teething problems, but these are only to be expected, particularly in an installation with so many initial unknowns, and Dave and Jools have always swiftly risen to these challenges and sorted things out. Dave and Jools communicate technicalities well, set realistic expectations and have delivered on-time and on-budget. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering home automation in or around Bath.”

“We recently installed LiteTile’s illuminated splashbacks in our kitchen and are absolutely in love with them. The quality of the product is outstanding and way above anything else we found out there – and we did look for a very long time. The company was very straightforward to deal with and also massively helpful. Whenever we had any queries, they were always on hand to offer help and clarification and were happy to guide us/our electrician through any technical issues. The quality of the lighting and the range of colours are superb and always a talking point. Can’t recommend them highly enough.”
