“This lighting and design store has a huge inventory of products. I purchased 3 kitchen pendant lights and a dining room chandilier. My order came in earlier than expected which was great! . After my pendant lights were hung, i realized they didn't provide enough light. I called the store and asked explained I loved the lights but I didn't realized they were low voltage. I asked if I could purchase a different cylinder or lightbulb? The owner himself told me to return them and pick something that suited my needs better. I offered to pay the restocking fee and chose brighter pendants. This is unheard of! superior customer service at its best. I am excited to hang my new pendants when they arrive. My chandilier is beautiful. I also our chased a bathroom vanity and mirror from their other store, Lite Plus, located in Nanuet, NY. Huge array of lightening, bathroom vanities, and much more.”

“Consumer lighting was there for us from the beginning of our new construction from the planning phases providing us with a full lighting plan for the electricians to follow. They are a full service company that handles all planning and decisions from the technical aspect of building and allows the customer hassle free peace of mind to focus on other decisions. They were super patient finding the right choice fixtures with in our budget for each room making sure we were fully satisfied with our selections. I brought inspiration pictures and they helped source them or find an equivalent look that worked for our spaces. Once the fixtures arrived and were installed they were always available and accessible for the electricians to answer any questions. They also stood fully behind their product when one fixture came in defective. Their team is professional and responsive to all of our needs from beginning to end. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them for any project.”

“I had such a positive experience with Outdoor Lighting Perspectives (OLP) of Westchester and Fairfield Counties four years ago with that I'm a returning customer. When I first hired OLP, Bob DiMartino worked with me to find a lighting plan that fit my budget and the vision I had for my yard. After four years, I was ready to add to my system. Bob remembered me, and my plan. The installation team was respectful, courteous, on-time, and clearly explained the work performed to me. I felt incredibly fortunate to have the same installation team show up at my property the second time. My installation crew remembered my property (I have a 4 acre property) making the second installation a breeze. From start to finish I couldn't have been more satisfied with OLP's work. Any time I have reached out to OLP whether it be email, or phone I have received a quick response. Too often these days I find myself calling a company, or emailing a company only to wait days to get a response. I typically do not write reviews, but I find is increasingly becoming a rarity to have an outstanding company and crew like Outdoor Lighting Perspectives. “Lighting designer used for my whole house rehab after the Hurricane Sandy. Can't wait for the completion, but truly happy with the service and the options offered. Lighting design seemed like a luxury, but I cant imagine not having i done properly now that I have seen the difference. I have a kitchen that I use often and heavily and it is on a dark side of the house, but it is also visable from the street and the center of the happenings when we entertain, so I need it to be able to go from bright and utilitatrian to romantic, or festive. The options I was given by Gary Novasel did all that. I will report back when the whole job is finished, but everything I am seeing now makes me very happy.”
