“We worked with AVINU on the design and installation of our audio-visual system and building management system (KNX), and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Darryl and Mike, the owners, managed the project at a high level and were a pleasure to deal with. Communication was clear, decisions were well thought through, and everything felt well coordinated throughout the process. The installation and commissioning were handled by Brad, Tom, Max, and Ryan, who were outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in getting everything up and running properly. Any issues that arose were dealt with proactively and efficiently, with minimal disruption. Overall, AVINU delivered a high-quality solution with great attention to detail and customer service. We’re very happy with the end result and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional AV and KNX specialist.”

“My wife and I looked at many kitchen manufacturers / retailers from mainstream to independent, and it was amazing the varying levels of customer service (good and bad) and sales techniques we experienced. With a kitchen being a major investment, we wanted to find the right retailer. Then we met Simon and Rubina at Zara Kitchens, who are firstly, very nice people, they listened to our requirements, were very patient with us due to the never ending design changes, endless questions and even switching of kitchen manufacturers half way through the process. I lost count how many different quotes we ended up with, until we were both happy and able to proceed. We had a couple of supply issues, Simon dealt with these with no hesitation, you could tell providing excellent customer service is what Zara Kitchen Design strives for. I would not hesitate to recommend Zara Kitchens to anyone looking to purchase a new kitchen, customer service is great and the installation process is the best I've ever experienced (Matt was just exemplary in his approach to installation). Overall, a very happy customer!”
