Paul and his team were excellent at helping us deliver a complex commercial project for our client. Their extensive supply network meant they were able to source products to match our design intent as well as create bespoke fittings to suit clients specific requirements. Paul from Lumenata was extremely helpful when he gave us a lighting consultation. I told him what I wanted and he was able to advise on what would be best for my house. The light fittings arrived promptly and are excellent quality. Paul also recommended smart bulbs which I wasn’t sure about at first but after fitting them I was amazed. We are able to control all the lights through an app which was easy to set up and also connects to our Alexa. I would highly recommend Lumenata and will definitely be ordering more products in the near future.

Project started well as the team seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. As the projected continued there were multiple supply issues leading to having to delay or swap out equipment, while delays happen everything seemed last minute from them so don't think they are good a project planning. Worse still the equipment provided was very low quality that didn't perform the functions needed and ended up needing to be replaced. Switches didn't work, controllers wouldn't pair and numerous other problems. Often the real test of doing business with a supplier is when things don't go well and unfortunately Paul and the Lumenata team failed the test miserably. If you are looking for cheaply made, but overpriced lighting automation that doesn't work then Lumenata maybe the place to go (although you can buy the same equipment at Amazon for 30% of the cost) but if you want quality that will work and last with a trustworthy company to back it up then don't work with Lumenata

Great service from Paul and his team at Lumenata lighting. Couldn't find any pendant lights we wanted in the usual home stores for our living room and wanted something unique. Got in touch via another recommendation and they found us some very cool and bespoke jam jar style lights that fit perfectly. Everyone remarks on how amazing they look! Thanks again.

I had spent some time searching for honest and experienced advice regarding domestic lighting solutions for our kitchen. Paul Hindle from Lumenata took the time to understand our concerns and quickly came up with the answer avoiding more wasted expense on LED lights that were never going to do the job.
