“I was moving house and although upsizing had limited loft space. The opposite of what I had in the house I was moving out of. I have always been a hoarder and had kept literally everything from theatre programmes to bus tickets, Birthday cards and letters to school books, cuddly toys to clothes. I needed to declutter and fast and I didn’t know where to start as it was like my whole life was in these of boxes and truth be told I did not want to have to throw any of it out. Maria was amazing. What was a huge mountain to climb for me she made seem so easy. It was an extremely emotional process for me but Maria made me realise I didn’t need boxes and boxes of stuff. I have kept the very special items but now have one memory box, rather than 100! I am forever grateful as since moving I have realised all those boxes would have been a total burden and what is the point in moving into a lovely new home and taking all your junk with you only to hide it away?”

“Homefulness came with smiles and enthusiasm. I left in the morning with instructions to "do your best" and came back to an astonishing sight. Two closets, organised beautifully. Oils and vinegar on one shelf, spices (alphabetised, of course) and cooking stuff on another; all things baking on a third. The second closet was kitchen equipment, also beautifully organised, with PLENTY OF SPACE LEFT OVER! Kitchen cabinets reworked as well. I was convinced that they must have thrown out half my stuff in order to make everything fit so nicely, but in fact, there is nothing missing at all. They will change your life and make your home way better.”

“This was my first time using this service, I had a lovely lady Pauline who kindly helped me clear my clutter from my tiny sitting room, and helped me sort out my kitchen counters and cupboard under sink (I have way too many cloths/tea towels) during our 3 hour session. I have arthritis so it was great having an extra pair of hands. Pauline was friendly, chatty and non judgemental, I have collected a lot of stuff over the years and I do try to regularly clear clothes and other items, this has given me a kick up the derrière, I found it so nice to relax in my sitting room after all the clutter was gone. I can’t afford to pay for this service on a regular basis, but I thought I really needed the help to get me started on my decluttering mission and I’m so glad I did. I will definitely ask Pauline back in a couple of weeks/months time if I have the money. In the meantime I will try my best to donate items every time I buy something new and try to only have what I need and use. Thanks Pauline, I’m starting to love my home again x my daughter was definitely impressed and had a big smile on her face when she came home from college.”

“I asked Imogen to help me declutter and reorganise the upstairs of my cottage which serves as an open plan office and bedroom. Her calm, gently challenging approach enabled me to remain focussed, to let go of items that I no longer needed and find logical places for things I did. Her attention to labelling storage bags and boxes has meant I can now find things easily. She also brought fresh ideas to how the open space could be used more effectively, whilst ensuring the room looked clear. At all times we worked in partnership to achieve the agreed tasks which was important to me. I also found it helpful that Imogen took away the items for the Charity shop so the task was completed at the end of our agreed time together. Thank you Imogen!”

“I am the eternal procrastinator and a few rooms in my house are testament to that!! When I met Sarah and found out what she did I couldn’t believe my luck. She’s an amazingly empathetic person that you just can’t help but like. I generally like things to be neat and tidy, but I don’t like throwing things out and now neither do my kids! Consequently we have become hoarders and our previousously neat and tidy home was resembling a ransacked charity shop! Sarah gently guided me through sorting out everything, expertly helping me rehome many previously cherished items our family has out grown. As well as putting into perspective what you need verses what you have. A very easy and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Sarah, she is a complete star.”

“Agathe did an amazing job organising my new home! I couldn’t recommend her more! It looks so wonderful now. So satisfying. She is highly professional and even gave me tips to help me keep my house tidy (especially my kitchen cupboards )...
