“Sarah is just what I needed to spice up our home: she is creative yet practical (am not a fan of ostentatious stuff that doesn’t work with young kids..) and she suggests little changes that have made an enormous difference. One of the best things about her is that she can work within any budget, which I really appreciate. Oh, and she’s one of the happiest people I know!”

“Emma and her team renovated our holiday cottage which we hadn't done anything with for way too long. It is a very old cottage and is in a conservation area. Our brief was to give it a bright contemporary look so it would be suitable for people to rent out as well as for our own use. The kitchen and bathroom had not been replaced for over 30 years so this was an essential part of the job. Emma has fulfilled the brief so well and we are extremely pleased with the result. The lino downstairs has been replaced with tiles and the kitchen and bathroom are well laid out and modern. Upstairs Emma took up the carpets to discover very attractive wide floorboards, which they sanded and they now look lovely. Emma also re furnished the property and is very good at finding bargains which is very good for the budget. She kept us up to date through Whatsapp, sending us daily images of the works progress as we were unable to travel there to see it ourselves. Very happy to recommend. Sarah”

“We have been so blown away by Jason's work on our current loft conversion project, he didn't spare a single detail while working with us. He managed to capture the essence of our family style, while blending it with ID1's signature finishes, which we loved. Jason made most of the main decisions decor wise for us which took a great deal of stress away from us which was fantastic. The best thing about it was that he chose very similar finishes and materials to what we would have chosen if choosing ourselves, but he then used those products in a totally different way that we would have done which really enhanced the overall look. My partner and I can't recommend Jason enough, the process with him is so personal and exciting. He works efficiently and to budget which is great no matter what budget you have yourselves. Thanks Jason - onto the kitchen next!”

“Emile listened carefully to our requirements and designed our interiors to be functional, hard-working spaces as well as beautiful ones. It was helpful to be given a full break-down of items, labour and cost, and we were grateful to Emile for sourcing a few, cheaper alternatives where requested. He kept our budget in mind throughout the process and made sensible suggestions as to where to save and where to spend. We did not ask Emile for many changes to his original proposal but, where we did, Emile was accommodating, thoughtful and helpful. Emile then arranged for the project to be implemented, which is the best money we have ever spent. His contractors were second to none - experienced, talented, hard-working, tidy and polite. Emile's suppliers were also all excellent, and Emile liaised directly with all of them to take delivery of the furniture, paint, wallpaper, etc at the right stages of the project. Where problems were encountered (and I would stress there were few, and none of them were within Emile's control), Emile sorted them out calmly and efficiently. We cannot rate Emile highly enough.”
