Everyone we met from Abbey were friendly, helpful and competent. I didn’t know where to start with a loft conversion and they helped me do everything in the right order and in good time so that the build was completed quickly. The builders take great pride in their work and the little details that would never have occurred to me until I saw them really make the room. I love my loft conversion it turned out so much better than I expected and was much easier than I had anticipated.

From the very first meeting we were very impressed with Abbey's professionalism and confidence in getting our job done. They certainly delivered on their plans with the miniumum of fuss but with absolute care along the way. Our project was halted through the Covid situation, but was handled really well, always with our interests and heart. The work was carried out by a skilled bunch of lads who worked efficiently with a great eye for detailed. The job was delivered on time and to schedule. The communication (which is sometimes lacking with a project like this) was refreshingly good. I couldn't recomend them highly enough.

This was beyond expectation quoted 3 months finished in 6 weeks and would have been faster if we had the shower tray delivered earlier. Everyone worked hard even sorting out a satellite dish issue with my neighbour. Tidi and the builders really were hard working and arrived at 8 and finished at 5 each day I would highly recommend for this sort of project.

The Abbey Lofts team were excellent from start to finish on our L-Shaped Dormer loft extension. They delivered a very professional service from conception all the way through to snagging and finishing touches. At the outset they provide a comprehensive quote and full breakdown of the proposed works along with discussing all included and excluded items with us before we signed contracts. From that point onwards they were swift in starting on site and communicated clearly throughout the build through a dedicated WhatsApp group with us, and all members of the project team, in it. All of the people who came to work in our house were friendly, courteous and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day so that there was absolutely minimal disruption to our daily lives. As a result we felt comfortable with them being in our home. The finished product more than exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend Abbey to anyone looking to do a loft conversion.

We used Abbey to form our loft conversion based on our architects plans. The design was unusual and they responded well and creatively to the design when it was on site. They communicated really well with us, and always responded, we felt that they were listening and working with us throughout the build. We chose Abbey because they felt right, and because they were good on price. We were really pleased with our choice and we would happily recommend them to others.
