Big Loft London completed our loft conversion from start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional executed. The pricing and payment schedule was clearly laid out and easy to understand. The architect drew up our plans and then the build started. The builders kept great time every day, worked hard and quickly and to a high standard. Communication between us, Pawel and the tradesmen was really clear and concise through group messaging. The project was completed on time and we are really pleased with the addition of two new bedrooms and bathroom. We would definitely recommend Big Loft London if you are considering a loft conversion.

We really enjoyed working with Pawel and his company. They were very hardworking, ran to time and had very good attention to detail. The onsite team are polite and hardworking and any disruption to the rest of the home was minimal.
