Loft Conversion Specialists in Bordon, Hampshire

“Top Notch Loft's did a loft conversion for us in Feb 2025, Jordan and his team were lovely and the build itself was great. Unfortunately we had a couple of issues with his subcontractors but Jordan got it sorted. Jordan attention to detail is second to none and he made sure to work around our ideas as we went along. Thank you for a great experience with what started with a nightmare which had nothing to do with Jordan and his team.”

“They transformed our attic into a stunning loft conversion! We're absolutely thrilled with the results. We were in your typical semi-detatched house - with 2 double bedrooms and a box room. With two teenage boys we finally took the plunge - and we couldn't be happier with our decision. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. Convert A Loft team's expertise and attention to detail were so good, they were totally reliable and we really liked their transparency with itemised costings from the outset. They listened to our vision, offered creative solutions, and delivered a space that has totally exceeded our expectations. The tradesman have been professional and they had a team onsite most days (over the 2 - 3 months period) and management were always available to help move the project forward. Our new bedroom and en-suite bathroom are beautifully designed, with high-quality finishes and thoughtful touches. The external grey tiles and juliet balcony, gives us stunning views from outside in the garden too. But the views - looking out across Newbury from within, is incredible. We had a high loft - so had options - but I would totally recommend one big master bedroom and ensuite, the space is great, it feels hotel like, with so much space and we even have a super-king bed and next we are getting wardrobes fitted soon. Our boys now have their own double bedroom and bathroom, and my husband has a small office for work. This development has significantly increased the value of our home, so it's a wise investment, but its the value to our lives, every day, that is just the best, and we can continue to use and enjoy it for years to come. We wholeheartedly recommend Convert A Loft - if your looking to maximise your living space and enhance your home's functionality and aesthetic appeal your in a safe pair of hands. It's an absolute game-changer.”

“I don't normally do reviews online but I felt that Sky Lofts deserved one! It took me a few months since Dan first dropped by for a sales visit and gave me some ideas and an initial quote. A chat with Stu helped me decide to go ahead with the Loft conversion and I am glad I went ahead. Stu was very knowledgeable his passion and professionalism was evident from the first meeting. Rob (the designer) and Megan (the pre build manager) were fantastic and extremely accommodating, ensuring I got the designs for the space I needed. James (the loft fitter) and Luke (part of his team) took care of the actual build. I couldn't have asked for a better team! They were always polite, professional, kept my property as clean as you could expect and kept me informed at every point. Jo project managed the build itself, coordinating all the supplies and trades that needed to be on site to keep the build going. She even helped coordinate some trades that I had arranged so we didn't lose time through the build. Finally, the costs. all costs were itemised and listed from the first quote I received and stayed that way throughout. There were no extras to the quote they provided, apart from the additional bits I asked for. The result is fantastic! you can see some pictures of the progress and the finished product. Thanks Sky Loft!”
