I am very happy with Carl and the team. Things did not go as expected as we got into the foundation and roof but Carl was always there to provide valuable knowledge and insights. This was our first renovation and we did not know what we were doing and Carl had great ideas and guided us along the way. I would recommend and use him again for future work. The build site was always left spotless and this meant a lot to use with two young children running around while the work was ongoing. There was never any issue when we wanted to change something which I know can be very frustrating! Great work!

Carl & his team recently completed a single storey extension that also incorporated a shower room. Carl kept us updated every day & dealt with requests and queries with grace and good humour! He was polite, punctual, helpful and efficient as were his team. We are pleased with the extension and are enjoying the extra space, which is light and airy. The extension has drawn a !of of comments from neighbours & passers by who have watched the build and are desperate to see inside. All the comments have been very positive. TOP TIP: Speak to Carl before you submit or get any plans drawn up. We already had plans & permission but Carl came up with a great suggestion for a vaulted ceiling which we liked so much, we amended our plans and we are so glad we did as the room looks great even on a dull day. All snagging issues were dealt with promptly. Carl & his team worked hard to complete the project in all weathers and he delivered on his promise. Thank You Carl & Team.

We were really impressed with the work Carl carried out for us. We had a 70s style full length window removed and a more modern one installed with the bottom half bricked up. We found Carl to be very friendly to deal with, and the workmanship was of a very high quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending C Dingle builders to others.

Carl recently repaired and painted the render at the front of our house. He was prompt in providing an estimate for the work and all work was completed on schedule. We are very pleased with how the render now looks; it is a vast improvement. Carl was very friendly and helpful, and we were impressed by the professional service.

Carl & his team managed and carried out a project to build and fit (along with Aspire Bifolds of Epsom) large sliding glass doors at the rear of my property. The project involved considerable structural alterations. Carl & his team were great and worked to a high standard. He kept us informed at all stages. He dealt with all aspects of the project including building control and he was always contactable. The project, which took the best part of three months, did encounter some delays along the way but that is to be expected. Carl would be in constant communication so we could plan accordingly. When a delay was coming we knew about it beforehand and when workers were arranged to be on site they were there without fail. The project was managed particularly well and the results were everything we had anticipated.

After using C Dingle Builders last year to convert our double garage into a kitchen, we were so impressed with their high standards of work, we asked them back this year to create a very large sandstone patio across the back and side of our house. We are extremely happy with the outcome, they have a great eye for details, very professional, friendly, tidy onsite and nothing is too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend their work and are planning to use them again in the future when we are ready to start work on our driveway. The project was to repaint the exterior of our house and it was done to a very high standard. Carl organized scaffolding and this went very smoothly. The painter did good work and was nice as well. Carl was very professional and kept an overview of the work and always responded straight away to any questions. Highly recommended.

Called Carl back as there was a problem with some of the tiles in the bathroom he fitted 4 years ago. We were pleased that he responded quickly and took ownership of the issue. He resolved the problem without charge. Important to recognise that after sales care is just as important as the initial job.

The job was re-decoration of the kitchen and the downstairs toilet, which included a plaster re-skim to the toilet due to the condition of the walls. The plasterer made a really good job of the walls and was in and out in one day. Yanni was the painter and he was meticulous to detail and very careful in painting. Both workers were highly skilled, but friendly and helpful too. They arrived promptly each day. The mess was minimised throughout, and at the end of each day the house was cleaned up in a way that you hardly knew work was taking place. The work was finished in four days. Carl and his team performed a good, professional job for us and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

We used Carl and his team to convert our double garage to a large kitchen diner, also to knock through into a bedroom to create a new bathroom and finally tile, update electrics and decorate our hallway. We were slightly nervous as we had never done any renovations before, however Carl was great in explaining every step to us and communication throughout the team and us was perfect. The build has been challenging with the garage throwing up some unexpected foundation problems but this was nothing that the team couldn’t cope with. Carl even stepped in to help with some issues that we were having with an external supplier that we brought into the build. Everyone onsite was extremely friendly, professional and tidy and the end finish is better than what we could ever of wished for. We now have our dream kitchen and bathroom! I would highly recommend Carl and his team and will not hesitate to use them in the future. We would like to say a special thank you to Carl, Dean, Sean, and Yani, but all the team are amazing.

Carl & his team recently installed a new boiler, and totally revamped our kitchen and utility room. Carl was really helpful at the planning stage, suggesting ways we could keep costs down & even introduced me to a kitchen supplier (Reigate Kitchen Company) who beat previous quotations I’d had for the kitchen units & appliances. Communication throughout the project was very good. I knew exactly who was coming & when. Everyone in Carl’s team was friendly, tidy, professional & a pleasure to have in the house. The standard of work was excellent and the finished kitchen is even better than I’d expected. I would recommend Carl without hesitation.

Carl came highly recommend from our next door neighbour. True to their recommendations he did a brilliant job installing a loft extension which added two double bedrooms and a bathroom. He help on the design that meet our budget and made something possible that we were beginning to think was impossible. That included keeping us on track with our budget when we waived . The work is of very high quality . I should know as I did all the decorating to save money !. His team were really friendly and helpful and he job was finished on time and to budget with no fuss . I spent a lot of time researching a builder due to past experiences. I chose Carl from past reviews and was not disappointed. He and team were friendly, tidy and did a professional job and I now have the dream kitchen I had hoped for.

I wanted to update the living area of my house, to brick up a window in the kitchen,knock down a chimney breast in the lounge and square an arched door way (which I’ve hated for years). I asked five builders to price the job for me to get a comparison of prices. Two builders I still haven’t heard back from, and one was an outrageous amount. A friend recommended Carl and his team to me and I wasn’t disappointed. He explained his fees to me very clearly and talked me through every step of the job.The job was booked to take approximately three days. They turned up on the day, at the time stated, they put in a whole day’s hard work and didn’t keeping nipping off to other jobs. The team were lovely (Carl,Dave and Dean) They even looked after my dog when I went to work. We were so happy that we found extra work for them to do. They ended up replastering five walls and three ceiling, Dave is a brilliant plaster, very smooth finish. They tided up every evening before they left. I can not fault C Dingle Builders I would highly recommend. In fact I want to get them back in the summer to do some more work for me. From a very satisfied customer.

Carl and his team transformed our out dated kitchen into a sleek modern kitchen within a few weeks. Some structural work was required to expand the space and the work was completed to a high standard. The team were polite, efficient and We have also used the team to complete further work throughout the house and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Carl and his team did a fantastic job renovating our basement. Including installing a new bathroom, kitchen and installing two windows, reflooring, rewiring, removing a fireplace which wasn't expected, installing oak, skirting boards, windowsills, doors and doorframe. Carl kept us informed throughout the renovation, coming up with ideas to help us cut costs where he could. He and his team arrived everyday as and when they said they would and were extremely tidy - everyday they would ensure that the workspace was spotless ready for coming in the next day. Well connected and experienced builder who employs the cream of tradesmen to produce an excellent result in a very reasonable time. Stripped out old kitchen and removed part of wall (to structural engineer's specification) and ceiling. Lighting and power for seven appliances + new consumer unit. Plumbing and gas work, plastering and installation of kitchen units to a very high standard of workmanship. Logistics of job meticulously planned and all tradesmen provided creative solutions to challenges as they occurred while carefully following the plan. Very pleased with the result (specialist floor company yet to lay new floor) and have asked them back to install our new bathroom.

Complete kitchen refurbishment. Carl and his team was great to work with from the very start to the completion of the project. professional and friendly. the work came in on time and in budget making Christmas extra special this year celebrating it in our new fancy kitchen !! Carl and his team completed on our loft conversion to a very high standard. An accomplished tradesman, with very good craftsmanship. An absolute pleasure to work with; Carl's professionalism, attention to detail were attributes that were most welcome as these are unfortunately not always qualities that are inherent in builders! Carl and his team completed build of the loft ahead of the anticipated schedule; and nothing was compromised. We were kept informed throughout the build, with plenty of notice for decisions that had to be made at key stages of the build. This was the 2nd major work we've had on our house after completion of a ground floor extension in 2015, and Carl and his team did not disappoint on any level. I have no hesitation in recommending his work. We intend to have Carl back next year to do our patio and also have some custom made cupboards within the loft room once we have had the opportunity to live in the space more. I can honestly say, you will not be disappointed should you decide to employ Carl's services and having had a number of work done in our house, I have had my shared of builder experiences! I am of the belief that just as we are keen to provide feedback when something has not been done to our requirements, we should also take the time to provide feedback do when we have been happy with work completed.

Carl and his team have done a number of projects for us including complete re-rendering of the outside, a new flat roof on an extension, a new kitchen and bathroom, installation of a new set of banisters and bespoke carpentry to create wardrobes, storage cupboards and bookshelves. We have been delighted with every job done, and the politeness and professionalism of the teams that Carl uses on all of his jobs. We would highly recommend him.

Carl Dingle replaced the wooden weatherboarding on the front of my house. His quote was competitive. The standard of workmanship was very high. His team were courteous, considerate and friendly. The work was finished on schedule and at the quoted cost. I have asked Carl to do other work since and will continue to use his services.
