In 2012 MBC undertook the renovation of a previously converted loft so as to comply with building regulations including fitting 2 custom made staircases and fire doors throughout. 2017 and MBC were back to extend the ground floor involving relocating the kitchen and constructing a new flat roof. The latest project was to restore the front bay window back to the original design. All work has been completed to the highest standards and has always involved dealing with previous poor workmanship.
