City Lofts team have been fantastic with us. We were really worried about works as we had a baby on the way and wanted to complete works before giving birth. We did not have a lot of time left, they worked extra hours just to be sure loft was completed on time before baby arrived!

I have no issues whatsoever in recommending Deepak and his team. We worked with Monica to create a ground floor extension that would somehow incorporate enough space to have a downstairs toilet plus cloakroom area a new kitchen, and extra sitting room. The design that Monica produced was exceptional and furthermore we were introduced to GK Builders as part of their recommendations. The owner Giannis, mentioned to us a number of times that he wished all architects and designers were as thorough as City Lofts and that they made his life so much easier in being able to quote for the job due to the details put into the plans. All this was produced and completed during times of various lockdowns and restrictions and yet was made as painless as possible by the professional approach of City Lofts. Deepak came to advise us on a possible loft conversion. He was knowledgable and very helpful and really took the time to understand the project and talk to us and give us advice. Corinne in the office was equally helpful, and when we start our project we will be asking them to tender as we were greatly impressed with their professional attitude and knowledge.

Seamless process so far, from the initial visit with Deepak, to the expert and prompt architectural planning input from Monica. I've just had my planning permission approved and I am delighted to proceed to the next stages of my loft conversion!

City Lofts were amazing to work with. We were nervous about doing our loft conversion , due to terrible builder experiences in the past. We really wanted to make sure we got the right people. As soon as we met Deepak and Kully , we felt confident. Some other companies had said the head height might be a challenge, but City Lofts worked with their architect to create an amazing space, it’s now our master bedroom and the best room in the house ! We really liked how their quote included absolutely everything , so there were no nasty surprises along the way. Charlie in the office was great too, always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and sort any issues as the build was going on. They finished the job on time and to an amazing standard. Can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic work as always! Have watched my friends really struggle with their builders in terms of timing, cost increases and standard of work. Worst service I have ever seen in the building industry and completely lacking any professionalism. They cannot get simple things right: unable to track a planning application, unable to produce sensible plans (their suggestion was to run a soil pipe across a bedroom door!), never return phone calls nor emails. After 5 months starting with them they still have not been able to produce anything sensible. The only matter they were keen to discuss is of cost increases to the scope submitted, even when it was supposedly covered. If you wat any chance of your projet getting anywhere, avoid them like the plague.

City Lofts worked quickly and efficiently to give us a fantastic loft conversion to a high standard and really thought about all aspects of the design in order to maximise space and usage. They listened to our requirements, offered expert advice, and respected our home. Their communication was great from the outset and we are really pleased with the results.

City Lofts have been a pleasure to work with, they have been such great support to us from the beginning to the end. Nothing was complicated, and their 'can do' approach was amazing and so positive. We had a few issues at the beginning with our council, the team knew we wanted our loft so desperately, they helped us fight for it, by attending council meetings with us, they made it happen! They managed the project so well, from the first day, all the team turned up till the last day few weeks of the completion, we felt there was always someone watching over the project. We were immediatly filled with confidence from the very first meeting with Deepak, who's passion and pride of their work was evident. The team at City Lofts really did take the stress out of our loft conversion. They were always polite, friendly, on time and knew what they were doing. Our loft conversion was not standard by any stretch of the imagination due to custom built items but the team worked together with us on our vision and provided valuable guidance throughout, resulting in a finished product that exceeded even our expectations. No calls were ever left unanswered and customer service and satisfaction was always a priority. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team, and in fact, have already done so to a number of close family and friends.

If City Lofts stuck to the plan i had drawn by an independent architect, I would have a very small room with a ceiling height of 1.8m. They completely redesigned it, gained the maximum space possible by achieving full with with 2m height. They did not have to do this, they could taken the easy route and stuck to the plan but they didn’t. They clearly saw that i was not getting value for money and quickly corrected it. They did all of this at no extra cost to me. Thanks to City Lofts, I now have a large master bedroom with an good size en-suite bathroom. I would absolutly recommend City Lofts, they did everything they said they would plus more. When ever there was an issues or something did not look right, they took my feed back on-board and quickly corrected it. Its very rare to come across a builder that takes a genuine interest into your build, it refreshing to see this

City Lofts exceeded my expectations; I am demanding and that coupled with their approach of never saying no to a customer, coming up with creative solutions and working to my schedule was refreshing and reduced the stress associated with a building project. City Lofts completed a loft coversion, full refurbishment with addtional works and spec changes throughout. They also managed disruption caused by planning midway through the project without complaint. I highly reccomend the team at City Lofts.

We used City Lofts to carry out extensive renovation and refurbishment of our newly purchased property. A garage conversion was also done. Kulee and his team did a fantastic job with excellent service, attention to detail and also completed the project close to the original deadline. No task was too much for them from selection of building material to designing space optimally and providing a high quality finish. They cleaned up thoroughly after finishing, even going so far as to clean windows! Kulee took us to various tradespeople helping us choose everything from the kitchen, tiles, bathroom furnishings to the flooring. The staff working on the site always arrived promptly by 7.30 AM and would work after 5.00 PM to finish any task if necessary. They were always courteous and polite and answered any questions that we had about any work that was being carried out. We highly recommend the city lofts team and would use them again. We looked at a few company's before we decided on City Lofts. our decision was based initially on speed of communication and customer service which they excelled at. The team of builders on the project were brilliant both personally and professionally and considering the size of the project, we had to remind ourselves that they were at the top of our house working away! as they were most respectful of our personal space and home. The end result was outstanding and we now have a brilliant loft bedroom with shower room.

We are at initial stages of discussion with City Lofts (Deepak). Have been impressed so far - have gone out of their way to provide a great service with an extremely quick turnaround on the initial sizing. Have provided a great feeling for the magnitude of the work and the options we have for what may be a complex works involving lowering the ceilings to make enough space up top. We couldn't have been happier with the work done to our house. The extension was so seamless it looked as if the house was built that way. Attention to detail and the finish was fantastic. The guys treated the house as if it were their own, taking great care in their work. No compromises we're made, no shortcuts were taken. Getting planning permission around here is difficult so I was glad the City Lofts Architect led the process successfully. The team was organised and friendly and the finished loft was flawless

The folks at City Lofts London were amazing. Lots of guidance and advice from the get-go which was essential as we'd never undertaken such a project before. We were worried about the disasters on television with construction projects, but the care and attention and service we received definitely took away that fear. They gave us regular contacts and were easy to get hold of either on the phone or email. Very professional and informed with great advice. They truly got behind our vision for the loft and we have a wonderful space now to let-out and receive an easy income from what was before a long-forgotten storage space. The outstanding achievement was for them to have added a complete floor to my property whilst I was still living there. At all times, I had heating, hot water, my bathroom & personal work space every day. City Lofts London went out of their way to ensure I had zero downtime, which was critical as I trade from home.

The guys were just brilliant; very tidy and refreshingly polite. For me this was essential as I live on a private riverside estate. I will be using them again.
