My grandchildren have been enjoying their new bedroom and bathroom for the past nine months and its the same routine on every visit, through the front door and straight up the stairs with excitement. My wife and I were sitting in the loft conversion (27/12/2016) and reflected on the fact that exactly one year ago we were wondering, was it a mistake to start the project in the middle of winter? I can honestly say, any discomfort at the time is now a distant memory. What ''East London Lofts'' have achieved within a loft space is truly amazing. All aspects of the project, Planning, Project management and the work force were truly professional in all they did.

East London Lofts did a fantastic loft conversion at a very reasonable price. They worked hard and were always available if I had a query and always did their utmost to resolve it as quickly as possible. I fully recommend them.

ELL offered a complete design and build package which was extremely competitively priced. We were able to talk about various architectural options to get the look that we wanted. The ELL build team were amazing! Very polite, respectful, well mannered, eager, diligent and hard working. The team was managed by Indrit, who was not always on site (he manages multiple projects), but was easy to get a hold of and always open to talking about the build and listen to any feedback. Indrit's team consisted of Marius and another chap, whom were on site 6 days a week from 8am to 5pm, they were always on time. Specialist trades people were then brought in to do things such as plumbing and electrics. Everything else was carried out by Indrit's core team fore mentioned. The team were quick to fix any niggles and the overall quality and finish was excellent. Any additional works were charged at fair prices, unlike some companies that will quote low and then charge extortionate costs for additional work. Building regulation inspections were carried out as needed and a certificate received in the post. A year later and we've not needed any repairs or fixes so it shows that the quality of the workmanship is excellent. We were so happy with the build that we are now using ELL for our kitchen side extension! I would 100% recommend East London Lofts if you are thinking of undertaking a similar project.

Already at my second loft conversion with East London Lofts. Worked even better the second time - a testament to the fact that the company's processes improved with experience. Their project management is efficient, work is of good quality in all respects (carpentry, plumbing, electrical works) and communications are solid. They delivered slightly ahead of schedule and tackled any outstanding queries in a professional manner.
